“T o nurture and sustain are the guiding principles of Clan Amaranthae. It was founded by the Spiral dragon, Verbatim. His oldest friend and adopted sister, Circe, is his second in command. This woodland community survives off the flora and fauna of the surrounding forest and plentiful water. To live amongst Clan Amaranthae, one must first and foremost love the Gladekeeper, who oversees the Viridian Labyrinth and maintains its luscious abundance. Each dragon has a place here, from harvester to artisan. The dragons of Clan Amaranthae work in unison to raise young and to care for those who would struggle on their own. T hose who come from different flights may hold onto their former allegiance so long as it comes secondary to the devotion of the Gladekeeper. However, there is one exception: children of the Plaguebringer must disavow her entirely.” |
