Namira's Lair

A bustling settlement straddled across a murky river, Blackwater Crossing is home to a semi-nomadic clan whose goal is to rescue travelers who have gotten stranded in the Abiding Boneyard. As such, Blackwater Crossing's residents are diverse and scrappy. There is no set leader and decisions are often left up to a vote, although Rotclaw is generally given the most power. The settlement boasts a large central market where dragons sell their wares. A black market tunnel is hidden underneath.
