Nyllei's Lair

The Flight Council is more of a loose collection of contacts from a multitude of flights who serve as intermediaries from anyone looking to contact the clan from any flight. The highly isolationist nature of most of the dragons living here often leads them to their own corners to disappear for months, and can be dangerous in negotiations when the contractor has not kept up-to-date with the current service market. The council serves as a buffer to ensure none in the clan are taken advantage of.
