Based off the bluejay, the tertiary color would tint the head like a helmet and turn all horns/head things that color as well as adding a lighter shade and a darker shade to the areas around the eyes. The muzzle is darkened a few shades.
The wings would be almost similar to Seraph in that they have different colored sections, but in Jay they would look like a Blue Jay's wings:

The struggle of trying to find a matching tertiary for Savannah/Safari lead me to photoshopping Thylacine without the gradient that often ruins nice combinations - or just makes them at least slightly worse.
Since FR artists seem to enjoy striped gene designs lately, maybe we could have a nice stripes tertiary without any gradient or large spots? Something that would work with new genes, and look nicely with a lot of others on any colors.

I was thinking of a crisscrossing design on the outer wings becoming less prominent, and on the legs, with the same thing happening. To clear up what I mean with this, it would start out pretty heavily on the outer wings, then becoming "thinner" as it goes inward. same for legs: The hands/paws have lots of crisscrossing, but the higher up you go the less crisscrossing. I think the lines should be a little curvy too, I think that would be cool. You could call this hatchet. I hope this makes sense and you will take it into consideration ^ - ^

id kill for something thats somewhere between circuit and crackle in messiness (im not particularly fond of either) and doesnt cover as much. so i made a lil mockup, id call it filigree or something like that?
