I think it would be really cool to have like, little planets that float around your dragon. Like a mini solar system, or just individual planets that you can equip to make a solar system.

Smoke coming from the nose/the mouth of our dragon would be amazing, or plant apparels that overgrow on the dragon? Artificial limb would be cool (made with magic, or mechanical), big fangs apparel, simple crowns, little lanterns hanging of the body.
On the subject of baby apparels, I think that they would bring more interest for the permababies. Plush of some familiars apparels? Tiny hat? Tiny simple clothes? Heck yes.
