Most of the time, when Lightning dragons settle down in a nest, they get a normal, coursing with electricity, nest. Occasionally, however, they get a nest that isn't actually a nest, but a spiral twisted into the shape of a nest, her coiled hide steadily moving in slow, unceasing circles. This constant movement should serve as a warning to the parents-to-be, but those that ignore the warning often find that their eggs have vanished, secreted away into the unknown of the desert.
