Here is the first Thundercrack Carnivale's entry I ever do! I have two accents to submit for this Thundercrack Carnivale! The first is the obligatory lightning accent, this one for skydancer females. I call it "Tempest in a Teacup." I just wanted to make something glowing that crackled with electricity. Here it is previewed on a few random dragons. The accent definitely favors darker color schemes.
