Spent forever tinkering with this thing - wasn't sure I would finish in time. Most festivals I don't manage to, I'm so slow.
[b]Question[/b]: Is it permissible now to color over the eyes in the skin? I saw something a long time ago that said you can't, but I've seen approved skins in the game that do... if it's allowed I'd like to redo this with glowing yellow eyes, although I'm about out of time.
