Ah, mk. Well thanks for getting back to me. I've lightened the arms/legs more and re-submitted it again.

@SuburbanSamurai Hate to bother you again, but will this pass? The lines are already pure black in most places, I darkened the shadows a lot around the floating fins, and I lightened the problem areas considerably. The shadow colors themselves now are on par with the darkest you can go with an accent by the Skin/Accent rule guidelines, I checked.

crateshya It does look like you've edited all the problem areas, I'd recommend you resubmit this version.

Hey there!
I overeagerly submitted a new skin and afterwards noticed a few mistakes, is it possible to replace the file for order #47677 with this one?

Or should I just wait and see if it passes and then contact you again?

@SuburbanSamurai Hey! My latest submission came back denied today with the message to make the shadow layer a little darker. Could I please get a little more info about exactly where it needs to be darker?

@SuburbanSamurai Hello there! This skin was denied recently because the colors on the face were too dark and obscured the lineart/shadows. I just wanted to check if this edit would be acceptable before submitting it again, or if the colors need to be made lighter still? Thank you kindly for your help!

Would this accent be considered acceptable? Admittedly it's made to resemble the character Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon 2 from the end of the movie, but like... in a vacuum I just made the spines glow blue. Is it still too close of a resemblance from a copyright standpoint?

Tiriea When we judge a design, we're mainly looking to see that the original lineart and shadow layers are unaltered and clearly visible. The original shadow layer on your design is light to the point that it is very difficult to see the contours, especially on top of the heavy textures and details of the flowers. Darkening it so it's clearly visible should get the design accepted.
