He whispered, the confusion on his face. "They mentioned a container and setting you off and... Someone named Amethyst doesn't know about you?" He asked. "What is all this? What does this mean?" Haven wasn't terrified but he was a tad concerned at the fact that Shade was... Well, [i]Shade-touched[/i] or whatever the heck that meant. Haven didn't want to fight this sweet guy or do anything like that but he needed to know. [/font][/size]

What should he say? What could anyone say in this situation? In a matter of seconds, it seemed like everything around him was falling apart. “I- I’m sorry. I never should have brought here, I ruined everything, I’m so sorry. I’m a monster and their trying to help me but I don’t think it’ll help and, and-“ He stopped for a moment, wings quaking. “I’m sorry.”[/center]

He sighed and looked back to where he heard the other dragons and then back to Shade. He noticed that he had fallen back into a state of nerves and anxiety but Haven couldn't talk to the poor dude like this. This was no time for an interrogation. So instead, Haven simply moved forward and hugged Shade as best as he could, his body twirling around Shade's. He used his body's flexibility to an advantage and before Shade could stop him, his entire body was strung around Shade's as if it would help. "Don't worry about it," Haven murmured. "You're not a monster, love. You're not, trust me. I've seen monsters and you sure don't act like one."[/font][/size]

As far back as Shade could remember, he had never been hugged before. This was the first time he felt something like this. And it felt good. A part of him wanted it to never end, but he knew that wasn’t possible. “T-Thank you.” He whispered back. Even if what Haven was saying about him wasn’t true, that didn’t mean Shade didn’t want to believe him.[/center]
