(Oh! You're right there, actually. Perhaps adding in the demons wouldn't be so bad, as well as other aspects of everyone else's interesting lore with your first idea. I guess we should wait and see what happens)
The winds rustled slightly with foreboding tension as the sun seemed to have begun it's decent across the horizon. Ammonite's head began to throb as she and her janustraps prepared a projectile attack towards the group. She picked up on their individual weaknesses and decided that her attack would most definitely render them unconscious, or perhaps even worse. Perfect. Holding her own head low and exposing her strangely silver coloured mouth, a gurgling sound emerged from the back of her and her "other head's" throats...

(Let me know if anyone wants relative context or explanation, or if I’m kinda hogging the rp... don’t mean to, it’s just a thing she’ll have to deal with :T)
The hatchling screamed again with the appearance of the heads, then looked down and noticed her own claws. She jumped a good two feet in the air, and when she landed the glow grew stronger as fear pumped adrenaline into her fragile heart. She began hopping around like a demented rabbit, kicking her legs around, screeching as she went.
Her voice grew hoarse, then something strange began to creep its way into the sound.
She stopped jumping quite suddenly, stiffening as bright blue veins bulged out of her skin and crept up her chest, reaching her throat. Her eyes were wide with terror, a powerful force taking hold of her for a moment.
She stopped breathing, her neck undulating as if she were trying to cough something up but couldn’t, her jaws wide in a silent shriek.

(oh I hope Celes doesn't get hurt even worse than he already is. I mean he's got at least two fractures/cracked ribs, a dislocated wing, several reopened large wounds, and probably some pretty bad bruising. Ahhh I hope he doesn't like near die or anything)
Despite his best efforts to see the red cloud was gathering again. He knew that he probably hurt a lot more than he felt, because of the shock of crashing down was holding every thing back, slowing him down.
Ray was fine of course, just mad because it had sand in its fur. It voiced it displeasure with a loud grumble, then went to drink from the pond. The whole reason it had caused the crash was because it wanted a drink.
The dark female had said something along the lines of are you ok? It was hard to tell, the ringing was getting louder. He was very much not ok, though, every bone in his body stung.
Something else must have happened with the other three strangers as the female's head was pointed that way again. He couldn't see that far anymore. His body was very much telling him to lay down on the ground and rest, maybe even die. He was unwilling to do that, unwilling to show anyone how weak he was, unwilling to lay down and die.
He would however lend his voice to whatever cacophony was going on. He raised his head and gave a threat roar, a roar that said back off and leave me alone. He needed to lay down, to heal, but he would not as long as the threat was there.

"Course check please, Sora," Kiril said, the small striped fae glancing to her side where a skydancer flew, the golden silks draped from his wings fluttering in the wind. She narrowed her eyes against the setting sun, slowing a bit as Sora checked the maps.

"Far as I can tell, we're still on course, we should reach the rendezvous point tomorrow early on, but we should probably -" he paused, quickly folding up the map and tossing it back in its case. "Picking up multiple dragons ahead, one in severe distress, the others seem agitated, could be a fight. Fafnir!" He barked, jerking his head at a spotted imperial who was lazily gliding behind them. "Get up here, trouble ahead, that's what you're waiting for isn't it?"

The imperial flashed a wicked grin at Sora as he flapped his wings, settling into flight in front of Kiril.
"What else would I be here for? Where at?" he asked, but as the three picked up speed they soon spotted the disturbance, a few imperials gathered near a pool of water. A ridgeback loomed over two of them, seeming to have... two extra heads? Another imperial seemed to be badly injured and a bit further off, and as they neared he loosed a threatening roar.
"Fafnir and I will handle the ridgeback, Sora check stay back and keep an eye on that injured one, don't need him lashing at from behind," Kiril snapped, flattening her crests as she dove, sickly red and green energy flaring at her claw tips. Fafnir dove with her, loosing a deafening roar as he bared his fangs and extended his claws, swooping over the ridgeback and attempting to land a glancing blow on her head. Kiril launched a bolt of plague energy toward the ridgeback, more of a warning shot than an actual attack. Sora hit the ground several feet away from the others, warily crouched and ready to take off at a moment's notice.

All of the demoness' heads shot a piercing glance above in annoyance; the energy from their prepared attacks dispersed from their mouths in steaming, red tendrils. They barely were phased by the hatchling's display, as they suspected it were magic not to be toiled with.
"Drats be to the heavens-" she spread her striking, violet wings in a defensive stance as her eyes darted towards all of her new foes; a rather articulated fae, another towering imperial and a skydancer not too far behind. Her extra heads snapped at all of them with their bioluminescent jowls; they barely sauntered. Ammonite slowly spoke slowly:
"We can't back down now; that would signify weakness. Weakness our cold clan wore with a badge of pride; we're unlike them!" All of Ammonite's heads hissed again, yet the necks of the secondary two extended. She knew all too well that her chances of succession were not high; but she couldn't care less.
"Leave this place!"
