Nora

Nora met Ainsley's eyes suddenly, and he looked almost... Guilty. She stared back, blinking slowly but making no moves to beckon him to her side or to join him. She wasn't sure what she wanted yet, hovering on the edge of hostility yet. But they were playing, and she was baffled by it. There was a presence at her side then, and she turned to press her nose into Oliver's pelt in reassurance.

Camellia seemed to inspect the two in the clearing before joining her and Oliver back in the branches. She turned to the clearing with her ears pointed forward. Watch, wait.

Then she slowly, deliberately, stepped toward the clearing. She held her head eye, her shoulders back, her tail relaxed aside from the odd twitch. He was waiting for her wolves to make the first move, it seemed, and the alpha inside was inclined to take the lead. So she did, moving without much of a plan other than presenting herself as the leader.

She stopped a few feet behind Ainsley, not tense but not relaxed either, staring up at the stranger. He was taller than her, maddeningly, but she blamed it on his bipedal stature as twisted as it was and tried not to stand on her claws. Her eyes watched the man as she tried to impart some aura of interrogation onto him. Communication was... Hindered in this form, and she'd really rather not change back. For one, she wasn't sure she would with the moon humming through her veins and for two, well, wolves who lived among humans(as she assumed this one did) generally found it the very opposite of intimidating to be standing naked in the middle of the woods. And who was she to discard all of her natural weapons for the sake of communication?

Erios came late, but he saw what happened anyway. His first word was no other than a 'what' echoing in his mind. Like, seriously, what. Ainsley was playing with somebody else, everybody stood aside to watch him (including him), Camellia almost joined in the fun and everything was just a mess to the poor beta.

He inched closer to the alpha. He isn't the playful type nor he is easily distracted. He can think of what is right and what is wrong and when to control himself. He still stood there, with the rest of the pack, staring at the two other wolves. Honestly, he is probably the most confused one right here. Well, screw him for being late again, maybe.

Ainsley

Ainsley decided that, since Nora wasn't growling or tearing his face off, it was safe to carry on. When Camellia came over, he growled softly, emphasising she could play after him, but no earlier. Not that it mattered, since she sauntered back to Oliver. Ainsley would've been concerned by being watched, but his brain was only able to focus on his packmates or the game, and not both. He took one good tug when Dietrich seemed to stop playing along, probably out of fear of what his packmates would do. The thought sent Ainsley into a flurry of muffled whines, not wanting to have to lose his new friend. He wanted to keep him.

Ainsley's attachment was nothing new. He'd done the same to a rabbit only a few days ago. Before that it was a ladybug he wanted to keep as a pet. Sometimes it didn't have to even be living, like the time he found a random shoe in the woods. Dietrich was the random shoe now.

But even fun new friends had nothing over Nora. She was stepping into the clearing, and he decided that means that he wasn't allowed to play anymore. He let go of the stick and, still whining like he was leaving a play date, padded over to Nora with hunched shoulders, head at the floor. It looked like he might have been portraying guilt, but anyone who'd ever seen Ainsley move knew that was how he walked anyway, especially when he was moving at speed. He didn't actually see what was wrong. The stranger wasn't dangerous, and he hadn't been moving towards the pack. The pack had moved towards him.

Drago had trotted back in time to see the spectacle. His collar jingling every time his paws bounced off the ground. His honey-bronze visage danced between all the wolves he could see, everyone seemed relaxed but he wasn't quite sure. The wolf loudly sniffed at the air, memorizing scents and appearances just in case it would be of use to him.
He smelled of his human sister and prayed that would at least mask his exact position. Far too many wolves here... But its a rather small pack... The thought had him curious. He sat back on his haunches and scratched at his collar a little to make it jingle loud enough everyone would hear before slowly, very slowly padding out of the shadows with his head low.

Dietrich A. Kraus | Forest | Pings; @ alla y'all

Dietrich's ears flickered backwards, though only for a moment. He seemed hesitant to move, as if he thought one of the wolves surrounding him would leap for his throat. He ought to get a spiked collar soon. It's good protection. He'll go out and purchase one from a pet store soon, or he'll just make one. Depends on how many stores are open at whatever time he's back. Dietrich took a singular step forward, approaching the alpha slowly. He knew he was outnumbered and in the territory of another. Do like the Romans do and knuckle under for the night. His hackles seem to have settled down, placing his head beside the alpha's as a sort of agreement, or some sort of temporary submission. He was trying to convey that for the night, he will do as told as soon as he's told to do so, as long as he's not injured directly by her or her pack.

He had to lean down to complete this action, being just about twice the height of fully transformed wolves due to his own stunted one. His back ached a little from the gesture, not used to such a drastic bend so soon after just transforming. If the alpha liked, she could have ripped his throat open. He's hope she'd decide not to. The forest smelled thickly of the pack around him now, almost making him dizzy in the head by over-saturation.

"Somewhere deep inside me fester memories and dreams.."
Nora

Perhaps it was the reassuring presence of her pack, or maybe it was the remnants of Marcel's bloody rule, but Nora did not take the opportunity to dispatch the threat. She stiffened as the loner drew near, but allowed him to submit. He did not intend on challenging her rule today, and her human sensibilities managed to twist that into a victory for the wolf.

She snorted, turning away briskly and flicking her tail. He could sit at the edges of the woods for all she cared, could hug the treeline like a lost dog. She opened her jaws to call off the other wolves when her ears twitched. Jingling, like a dog collar, and another wolf slunk into the clearing. She growled a warning at him, taking a few steps to where Erios, Oliver, and Camellia were still hovering.

Drago Hearst - Interacting with everyone

Drago did nothing to change his behavior but didn't give himself off as hostile. Merely curious and very cautious. The dark male traced his tongue over his jaws and stood vigilant, she'd growled. Instead of eagerly pacing forward like a pup he slowly lowered his snout again sniffing at the air. Keeping eye contact with all the wolves in his sight.

At least this wasn't a bloodfest. It eased his mind but his sister was still in danger. She knew wolves existed and feared what would happen if this pack found out. A tingling crept up into his nose and he jerked his head up before sneezing. His scent carried a mixture of human, faint rival pack and his own natural scent which very much mirrored a dog's if it weren't for the cologne he wore.

The jingling voice didn't go unnoticed by the beta, as he growls at the direction of the sound. As Nora approached him and the other two, he whimpered, smelling another outsider closing by until a outline can be seen coming out the woods. He slowly wags his tail, by slowly I mean dead slow. His ears twitched once more, a low whimper-growl slips out of his mouth as his head turned to the other one, glancing for a brief moment before sniffing the grassy ground.

Erios paid no further attention to the other wolf that Ainsley played with afterward. Well, he IS an outsider, so why should he care? He just ignored the existence of the other as he stood up, staring into Nora's golden eyes. What's with today? There's a lone wolf that seems to live a human life and now something with a collar?

As he is in deep thought, the outline got brighter and brighter, revealing a wolf with a collar. The jingling sound got louder as the wolf got closer, and it made the beta felt uncomfortable for some reason. He raised his guard as he growls at the collared one, just like how the alpha did. The last thing he wanted is the other wolf to overstep the line, which they already did, to be honest. But hey, gotta not let them overstep the secondary one, maybe.

Drago & Leandra Hearst - Interacting with everyone

"Drago!" The dark wolf let out a soft whine before turning around when his sister came jogging into the clearing. Her breathe hitched and she stopped seeing more wolves, Drago padded over to her and stood in front of her as if he could protect her from every single wolf here. His fur brushed against her legs and he barely moved when she grabbed his collar gently.

Another wolf had growled and now he let a low growl steadily rise in his throat, with his human sibling here he felt cornered. Cornered and he wasn't happy about it. Leandra lowered to her knees next to him. "Um... Hello...?" Her hand never left Drago's collar.

Ainsley

Ainsley stuck by Nora, partly so that she knew he was still in her favour, and didn't intend to change his mind. His head snapped sideways at the sound of a collar. He hunched and whined, not liking the sound. It reminded him of hunters, and captivity, even though he was yet to have met a hunter that had been a threat to him or to attempt to confine him.

He howled happily when Dietrich and Nora seemed to truce, but his fear was overtaken by the stranger, and he scrambled over to the other betas, not wanting to have to see the stranger, the trapped stranger, the stranger that seemed trapped with the collar and the chain. The only noise that came out of Ainsley was growling masked with fear.

He heard Erios growl as well, and this reinforced his view, continuing to growl, growing louder and barking warningly. It would've been frightening if Ainsley wasn't cowering behind a tree at the same time. Dietrich was nowhere near as frightening. When the other wolf growled back at them, Ainsley grew louder, and the human made him more uncomfortable, so he was barking louder than he ever had before.
