Baleful stood behind the rock, her tail out for the eyes there to watch the progress of the arrow. As she watched, it fell towards a Fire Pearlcatcher that was scowling at his dead teammate. She nocked another arrow. Just in case. ----- Goldenrod saw an arrow whizz from the cliff, and saw it thud into the Pearlcatcher's neck. She roared in shock and Wolfcry turned to see where she was looking. Makora slipped closer as Goldenrod felt Yozora's purple stare on her, then felt it move on towards another Fire Imperial that was around Wolfcry's size. So much for pretending. Only two things left to do. She winked at Venom. But she did not speak. Not yet.

Ivernale arrived at the front of the crowd just in time to see the arrow plant itself in the pearlcatcher's neck. He tries to follow where the arrow had come from but spots nothing. As the crowd starts to panic and rush past, he stands frozen in place. The pair of guards now started to look familiar, but that could've been just his imagination; he had been raised in a clan with many fire dragons.

Zilla's screech shook him out of his mind and he turned to race towards the Behemoth, the red cloth concealing the small fae being torn loose. One of the guards is suddenly in his way, a large imperial. Invernale skids to a stop before the form and glances down to the intermingling shadows.

Her eyes settled on a small stall managed by an ice flight nocturne. The nocturne gave her a warm smile, and explained the wares he was selling, yet halfway into the explanation, he stopped and his eyes riveted past windheart's shoulder. Katara was right next to the Pearlcatcher who was shot with the arrow, and backed off quickly. They couldn't blame her for it; she was too close to be able to fire the arrow. Nonetheless, a few Fire dragons stared at her, no doubt looking at her Water eyes...or at her necklace. She pulled her overcoat over the necklace, hiding the Water symbol on it. She knew that she shouldn't have it- a lot of items showing the symbol of unconquered flights were banned from Fire territories. And pretty much everywhere was a Fire territory. She tapped her tail against the water carrier that she had slung over her neck, making sure it was still there. She got ready to attack: if there were any dragons starting a rebellion, she would help them any way she could.

Tyrion, at one moment, was minding his own business, distracted from the world around him. Then, suddenly, he could hear indiscernible yelling nearby. He could see them: a now fallen Pearlcatcher, slain by an arrow lodged in their neck. They were now lying alongside their Fae comrade, who appeared to have suffered the same fate, although he could see no arrows in the Fae. A coordinated attack, he thought. One attacked from a roof, the other presumably got in close.

Chaos was beginning to stir. He wouldn't stand idly by while others took a chance at freedom from Fire's tyranny. He removed his robe, proudly revealing the armor he kept hidden from Fire's gaze. The armor was beaten and well-worn, but the various symbols etched on it was still recognizable. The banners hanging from his pauldrons displayed Lightning's symbol: crackling lightning.

"Fire has taken a lot from us," he exclaimed, immediately drawing attention to himself, "but we won't let them take anymore!" He pounded an appendage against his breastplate, watching as two guards, a Wildclaw and a Coatl, began to approach him, demanding that he surrender. Of course, he wasn't going to do that. Clutching his pearl tightly with his tail, he charged headlong towards the Coatl, but his foe was quick to avoid him, the other guard grappling him, clawing at his side. Fortunately, his armor protected him from the attacks.

Tyrion was quick to shake off the aggressor, then retaliating with the swing of his tail. The blow connected, smacking the recently-shaken Wildclaw right in the chest, sending them flying a short distance. Out of the corner of his eye, he'd catch a glimpse of the Coatl moving in with two other "hotheads." He backed up as the three tried to corner him. Once more, they demanded that he surrender. He said nothing in response, simply swinging his tail from side to side, ready to attack.

Sandy wouldn't stop crying. His howls got louder, and Nightfish was starting to get worried. Kamaji was looking around, his one eye wide with worry. Nightfish had to get some help. Even with Sandy not having physical weight, it may be difficult for Kamaji to leave in this crowd. Nightfish had his grandfather try and calm the mirror, and he flew around, looking for a stall that may have something to help Sandy...

Katara noticed a Pearlcatcher attacking the guards, noting the Lightning symbols on his armor. She saw him get cornered by three of the guards, and noted that he wasn't backing down-not even when outnumbered. But of course, he didn't have to be outnumbered. She ran towards him, leaping at the coatl from behind. She landed a solid hit, and the dragon went down- out for the time being. There was still the issue of the other two, however- but now the sides were even, as long as they didn't call for backup. She stood beside the Pearlcatcher, claws out and ready to attack if needed. The other two guards started closing in on her.

The sound of a child crying drifted to Invernale's ears, despite the chaos and intimidating imperial before him. Using one of his large claws, he struck the ground and made the shadows jump into the air, blocking the guard's vision just long enough to sneak away. Though not his proudest moment, his mind is focused on protecting Zilla and helping others who don't want to fight get away safely; or at least the panicked kid.

Zilla looks back at the imperial, he hadn't seemed menacing to her, but other dragons had always told her she couldn't read a situation. That, in her mind, was wrong; she could see the dragons running around and fighting, clearly this was a fight. The fae simply observed the chaos around her, this didn't concern her and she was going to stay out of it.

Kamaji looked up, as the guards were distracted. He saw a wildclaw slam his claws down, and mustered up as much of his voice a song he could to roar. It was tough, but it was loud. Raspy and sickened, the shadows helped provide the illusion that a larger dragon was there, and possibly not alive.

Nightfish was flipping through his bookstore for something helpful when the roar was heard. He had only had it once before, and that was when his grandfather demanded for his broken parts not to be replaced. he flew back, wings as fast as he could, when's his eyes were covered by shadow. Nightfish panicked. Fire dragon-Fae-Shadow-Death The thoughts looped on. He pulled his hood down more, hoping his grandfather and Sandy were alright.

Tyrion was nearly backed into a corner, surrounded by three aggressors, waiting to pounce on him at a moment's notice. He wouldn't be able to take them all down at once. No, he'd probably take out one before the others brought him to the ground. He was about to attempt a strike when a Skydancer appeared behind the Coatl, landing a critical blow on the foe. He flashed a wide grin.

"Yes, another valiant fighter joins the fray! Worry not, this is only the beginning," he exclaimed. The two remaining guards, another Wildclaw and a Mirror, had both turned to face the newly-arrived Skydancer. He took the chance to grab the Mirror by his leg with his tail, quickly dragging him away from his fellow guard, but it didn't take long for the Mirror to free himself, quickly recovering from his fallen state.

He was left with the Mirror, who lunged at him with his extended claws. Tyrion grabbed the Mirror before he could land on top of him, bringing him down to the ground with a loud thud. The pinned Mirror managed to claw at Tyrion's neck before being decked right in the head. They were out of commission, for now. He panted heavily, then turned to his comrade, waiting to see if they required his assistance.
