She is the key. She is the weapon everyone needs to defeat Lucas or to destroy everything. But who is she?
Emma Griffin is a 15 year old girl, going through life, unaware of the magic that fills her veins. One day, a man dressed in a fancy suit offered her a job. Thinking it would be like any other job, she took it. The man brought her to his office, where he transported them to his world. Emma found herself in front of Lucas as his minion went elsewhere to fulfill more of his duties.
Five years later, Emma is 20. She is held captive in one of Lucas's many cells as he beat her and tortured her, trying to release the prophesied power she holds. He however, has not been able to do so. During this time, a band of misfits, people who had nothing to go home to, stepped up to the challenge. They came together under Johnathan Gunder to save Emma and stop Lucas.

History: She was an "average" student. None of her teachers had anything to complain about. But at home was a different story. She had a sister who kept running away until her parents called the police about it one to many times. Her sister was put in a hospital after they found out she was schizophrenic and was only doing what the voices were telling her to do. Eventually, after a year and a half, Emma's sister had killed herself. She had been miserable and nothing was helping. Not the medications. They seemed to make everything worse.
Other: She has nearly given up, but something has tole her to keep fighting Lucas, to not give in. A feeling in her gut. She knows something big will be happening soon.

Now he is a good hacker and is on the run he has deleted his name from all files making him in a way invisible.
Other: He has a genus IQ and can play the piano and speak many languages he is a good lair and manipulator from his time as an Assassin. He has made a world in a dew mouths and has been living in and out of it for 5 years and has perfected it and added to it. No one's but his powers work in it.

Looks: Echo tends to stand out. He's 5'6" and fairly fit, with fluffy blonde hair that falls to his chin. Honestly his outfit is so specific that it's easier to just attach a picture I drew of him.
Here it is. Basic description: vest, scarf, goggles (on top of his head), blindfold, and arm wrappings that reach halfway up his upper arms, leaving his shoulders exposed. He wears dark brown pants and practical boots--in fact, most of his clothing is based on praticality over looks.

Powers: Echo has adapted his magic in a rather unusual way. Rather than manifesting extra powers, he uses it to cope with his blindness. A sort of advanced echolocation, he reads the wind currents to get remarkably detailed information about his surroundings. This specialized application of his powers means he doesn't really know how to use any others, but he makes up for that with weapon proficiency...
Weapon(s): Two swords and a crossbow. Both swords are shashkas, a kind of Russian sabre that you can google if you really want to know more, because I don't want to summarize a wikipedia article here. About 30" long, think "katana" but without 3 centuries of overhyping--and more practical, because they were made for standard military usage. Their names are Reverb and Resonance. As for the crossbow, uhhh... it's a crossbow.
