"Wisp. Get inside. Now"
Delia downed the vial on one swig and handed it to her blight nymph, wiping the excess liquid off the side of her mouth. Wisp held herself tight and looked back at Deliah with a wince of sorrow as the nymph gently pushed her inside the hut.
A sharp crack erupted from her spine as she let out a writing scream and collapsed to the floor as bones crackled. Her scales were shifting, her wings shrunk, her claws rearranged themselves into soft hands. She felt as if a nail has struck through her brain as the cracking reached the neck and popped in her jaw. The serrated teeth morphed into something different.
Inky black hair poured out from her scalp and tangled on the floor as Delia struggled to catch her breath again. One loud snap from her hips forced her posture upright while she lay on the floor only able to make sharp inhalations. Her sense of smell waned away and her senses felt re-wired.
She heard Nicholas' request off the corner of her hearing and crawled to the door of her hut just barely able to pick herself off the ground only to collapse again into the doorframe.
Wisp relayed a hand-mirror into her now soft hands, as Delia stumbled on her own feet to slide the mirror into Nicholas' newly formed hands.
"Look at us, look at you. I've done it..."

A strange Tundra sits in the corner where no light touches it. A large Fallout Streak perches on his wings and scans the area with large beady eyes. Slowly, the Tundra lifted his head. A bell could be faintly heard and the Streak flies away. The Tundra grunts and lowers his head. He taps the ground.

Loud bickering and hissing could be heard below the tundra on a swaying wooden bridge. Five mirrors took turns verbally jabbing each other and occasionally screeching into the ravine, a bulky moss-engulfed guardian calmly sauntered through the squawking pack. The beads on his beard jingled in tune with the rattling goods stuffed into pockets lining his entire body.

The Tundra cocks his head and the Streak swings lower to observe the group of Mirrors and the one Guardian. The Tundra stands and slowly moves down to the chattering group. Perhaphs, the would explain why they were being so loud? He thought, while growling. His wings drag against the floor.

A much smaller mirror pushes through the pack and jumps across the planks accompanied by a floating squid-like creature. It bore a mask with the insignia of the Arcane painted on and twirled around the bridge along with its equally purple mirror companion.

"TAGE!!" The shining black mirror screeched out and stomped his front feet against the bridge making it ripple violently in the winds. This didn't stop the smaller mirror from prancing about all the way to the grassy cliffs the bridge connected.
The mirror hissed and jumped up in front of the guardian hoping to snatch his icy attention.
The guardian merely shook out him mane and swatted the mirror away.
"You brought her home, you're responsible. No complaining."
His response chilled the mirror down to the bone, making him sulk down and drag his bags across the steppes as they entered Yonder.

Nicholas clutches the mirror with clammy, trembling hands. He feels weak and feeble. When he sees his own reflection he freezes.
He looks just like he had that night when they were cursed. He has a gentle face with soft features and bright eyes that mimic the amber glow of firelight. His skin is a dark olive color from the sunlight along the cliffs. He's handsome, built slender and for agility rather than a berserker. Now he looks malnourished from so many years of being trapped in an alternate form. His left leg is set crooked and weak.
It isn't until he blinks that he sees his own cheers racing along the curves of his cheek. His chest hiccups, but it isn't a sober that he ushers. The prince bubbles up with laughter. It sounds light and musical. His messy auburn hair covers his tired eyes as he hugs the mirror close and continues to cry out in musical joy. He's dreaming. He must be. He's had so many others just like this. This moment can't possibly be real.

The Tundra leaps down to the group, the Streak swoops down and merely grazes the Guardians and Mirrors head. Then it lands onto the Tundra's wing. "Greetings." He said in a slightly dark but alien-like voice. The Streak stares at them, collecting the visual features of the dragons. The Tundra tilts his head slowly side to side. "You are god-awful loud, it hurts my ears." Words are slurred occasionally. The voice is one tone. The bird ruffles its wings and cozies down onto the wing. "Do you shout like this... all the time?" The mask hides his frown and facial features. There was no point of showing these.. emotions anymore.

Delia gurgled on the floor as she struggled to stabilize her breath. She twirled her newly grown hair, and started to eventually run her hands through the murky abyss of hair she had grown.
She turned her head towards Nicholas and let out a struggled breath.
"So this is what a 'human' is huh? I've seen monstrosities crawl out of Plaguebringer's cauldron so many times ever since I hatched...I've seen dragons transform into horrible creatures only nightmares can describe. Now this..."
Delia raised her hands and rotated them up in the air. Her fingers pulled her into a trance while she examined every skin cell and curled her hand into fists. She could feel the muscles of this body so vividly and the relief of relaxing her hand was a brand new experience to her.
"This is something else."

The mirror stood up on his front legs and smiled
"All the time! Its family bonding!"
His "smile" stretched out across his face and exposed a gnarled line of teeth akin to a wild beast. The guardian walked forward and eyed the tundra horn to claws. He raised his head to the rest of the pack continuing up the bridge and shifted his bulk forward beconing the tundra to walk with him.
"They always scream like this, unfortunately. You get used to it over time, though I apologize for their....habits"

"It.. stings." He murmurs and the bell could be heard. The Streak takes flight and moves ahead. "It must be.. horrid living with these.. undivin- mirrors." He shakes his head. He couldn't make threats. Especially in the situation he's currently in. He growls softly and tosses the memories away. There was never a chance. There is never going back to that past. He must look forward to the Celestials for guidance. He looks down at his claws.

The guardian shrugs and lags behind the pack.
"They're my charge, my family. I put up with them. If noises hurt you then I would advise caution here. The machines in this city can make anyone deaf believe me. That is if you don't get zapped first."
As he let out a brief chuckle an airship sliced through the clouds above and sailed to the nearest cliff bearing a wooden dock jutting out of the cliff face. The guardian looked up at the ship and turned towards the sun.
"Right on time. We came home early. Yea, I'd plug your ears right about now if I were you"
