We, the demons, lived in our own country of Viventem by our own rules. Happy, healthy, and in peace with the other races of the world, until the day that all changed. War broke out with the humans, and even after long years of perilous fighting, we did not come out on top. Our king was taken from us. So we did the only thing we could, and we fled to the land of humans, where we locked up our true forms and any part of us that could be out us or get us killed. We have no idea what became of our homeland, or what will become of us. Or at least that's what we thought. A call has beckoned us home, back to the homeland where we can live freely and happily. Our king has returned, to a land in shambles, but to our home no less. Now he calls us back, to those who wish to come work at his command or even just live under his rule. It is time for us to rebuild, to survive, to fight for our home, and to [b]live[/b]. [nextcol][color=transparent]-[/color] [/columns]

Your character would be seeking out work with the king in different positons such as servants, guards, councilmen, stable hands/animal care-takers, just about any job really! As it says above, they are rebuilding society and employing demons in the castle is a major part of it! Conflict in the rp will be created from all the characters interacting, but it will also be created from outside threats. The story will follow different Arcs, so the current overall plot point will depend on what arc is currently going on! Best part of it? It's going to be a somewhat casual rp!! That means [b]you can enter and exit your character[/b] as need be! If you need to focus on other things a bit more, let whoever you're interacting with at the time know so you can wrap up the interaction and exit your character! They won't be gone for good of course unless though, since they will be working in the castle, that is unless you wish to retire them and have them move on to other things. It will be following a set of lore i'm creating (in terms of species and such) for something for an actual plot I plan on writing, but this rp itself will not necessarily be part of that canon storyline. Think of this as an alternate universe! ^^ It won't be open for a little while though, because I still have to work on lore and such. So, for now i'm leaving this open as an interest check of sorts to ping people once I actually get everything sorted out! Because of that, characters can't be made just yet, but once I start getting more of the demon races/species worked out i'll start letting you know as I start to add on! :D Interested? Obviously it isn't quite ready yet, but figured I'd put out to see if there was interest. Hopefully that way things can start a bit sooner once I actually finish the lore for it lol
