yeah, everything just seems really spaced out. I'm not sure how much i like it
Bii smiled broadly at Echo’s enthusiasm, she was feeling more herself out in the open, and she sure the pearlcatcher felt the same way. She looked up and studied the star speckled sky for a few seconds before pointing eastward. “It’s that way,” she said, “you can tell because the Great Serthis constellation is pointing it’s spear towards the sea.”
She rolled her shoulders and flapped her wings open again, “Buckle up, Buttercup!” She said cheerfully to her familiar. The caiman gurgled in response and grasped fistfuls of her feathers tightly in his small hands. With one great whoosh, she was in the air, the circle of grass around her flattening in the gust of her takeoff. “Just follow me!” she cried out to Echo, and turned to head towards the sea.

All he did and give a quick nod, he didn't know constellations nor did he care. All he wanted to do was stretch his wings out! Grabbing Elliot (in a safe manner of course) he followed quickly after the Coatl. He had no intentions of getting left behind!
Now with the two in the sky, going towards the sea, he thought it would be reasonable to ask this. "So, will the clan just appear? Like, out of thin air?" The fox barked in delight. He had no idea what was going on but he was loving what was going on for now!
( Do you think we might need another time skip or did you have something in mind?)

Yeah! sorry, I’m here. Yesterday I was working on a pretty lengthy character sheet for a different rp and I was pretty creatively drained when I finished it so I took a break. I’ll reply soon!

sorry to leave you hanging! Also! Bii just hatched her first nest, she has two children now ^^ usually I have some touble selling dragons, so you can have one of them for free if you want??
——-
Echo pulled up besides her, “So, will the clan just appear? Like, out of thin air?” he asked.
“Sort of!” Bii replied loudly over the beat of their wings, “the clan doesn't look any different from the surrounding countryside, but there’s a different day-night cycle, so as soon as the light abruptly changes you’ll know we’re there!” Bii could always feel the shift in magic when she entered the boundary of Dawnglow, Echo probably would be able too as well. If he had been there before (how?) he would definitely remember the unique energy signature of the sanctuary. There was ancient magic there, something archaic and infinitely powerful, but still soft and comforting, at least to Bii, she might have just lived there long enough to have gotten used to it. How long had she lived there, again? She couldn’t remember.
They flew through the night and stopped to rest at dawn. Bii caught fish from a stream and cooked some for herself and Buttercup. She showed Echo some plants native to Light Flight, and promised him his own woodbasket so he could carry stuff back to his clan when they got to Dawnglow. They slept for several hours and set out again the next afternoon.
They reached Dawnglow in only a few hours. The setting sun quickly vanished and was replaced by a hazy pre-dawn light. Dark fields stretched for miles around them, the pale gold grass that they had just passed was nowhere in sight. Bii sighed contentedly as she glided to the ground. “Welcome home,” She said to Echo, who had landed behind her. Buttercup scrambled off her back and stretched his stubby legs in the grass. “It’s still a while till we reach my actual clan, so I thought we’d stop and rest. How are you enjoying Light so far?” she asked the pearlcatcher.

(Nah! Your all good! Just wanted to check in! And I rather not have one. Thanks for the offer! I think those hatchlings will sell fast!)
He gave a quick nod, it would be useless to yell over the loud beat of wings. Huh, so the sky would suddenly change because of the clan and whatever that surrounded it? He could get behind that, the sudden change must be nice and beautiful to watch. Looking around, he took in the current scenery. They were currently over the pitch-black sea with the twinkling night sky over them. The sudden change of light would probably wake him up pretty well.
At dawn, the group went to go and rest for a bit. He got out small rations in his pouch for Elliot and him, letting the fox splash in the water to fish for some more food that he wanted. That fox could eats lots of he could! Constantly being hyper could do that to you! While he did so, Bio told him he would be getting his own woodbasket! That sounded very appealing to him, he could gather up some from the territories he wandered through! Eventually a sea water soaked Elliot came back to nap with the group.
Getting up and going once again, it took time for Echo to fully wake up, causing him to almost drop into the ocean a couple times. By the time they had reached ground, he had been startled awake many times, practically kissing the ground as soon as he touched it. "Oh we can definitely rest some! I've almost drop into the ocean so many times that it'll surely last my whole life!". The same could not be said for Elliot. He absolutely loved the thrill of the sudden drops! He bounced around Buttercup making small happy barks. The Pearlcatcher replied to the second question, "Oh I love it! I actually haven't travelled here yet! Normally around wind and well... Shadow."

finally got a chance to reply! I've been pretty busy recently.
Bii opened her mouth to reply to Echo when a golden light descended upon them. “Summers!” she exclaimed excitedly. The imperial landed with a whoosh on the ground, sunlight seemed to pour from every crevice of her being and Bii had to squint to look at her. The imperial was draped in an elegant sylvan dress, paired with tough looking armor. Vicious looking solar blades hovered above her wings. She smiled broadly.
“It’s been too long! You know we always miss you when you take these trips.” Summers exclaimed. She rested her chin on the top of Bii’s head, her way of showing affection.
“It’s only been a week, mea apricitas,” the coatl giggled. “I managed to bring all the stuff for Masa this time too, plus a guest!” She turned to face Echo, “I met him in Shadow, and no-” she said, noticing that Summers had opened her mouth, “He’s not here to train.” Summers closed her mouth sharply. “I offered to accompany him back to his flight in Wind. One of his clanmates is an herbalist and I thought I could trade information from him, and take a chance to gather in a region I don’t normally go.”
Summers’s face fell, “Bii we need you here,” she said. “What’s the use of having a potionmaster if she isn’t here to make potions? You can’t just run away after you’ve just shown up.”
Bii hummed irritably, “I won’t be leaving right away, Echo agreed that we’d stay for a few days so I can prepare Masa’s potions. Didn’t you, Echo?” she asked, looking at him pointedly.

(Oh! Do feel free to take your time! I don't mind if you don't reply for some time. Just give a head up!)
Echo looked up to see a very bright being, and honestly, it was a little painful to look at them, but he went through anyway, following his manners. Was she another member of there clan? One small gesture seemed to say so. When the bright Imperial brought her chin down to rest upon Bii's he couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealously. Well, at least it did confirm that they were in fact part of this odd, time warping clan.
When the Coatl started to introduce him, he gave a small nod. That training bit did sound interesting, but he wouldn't question, the question was quickly shut down and didn't want to irritate any of them and bring it back up. He gave another quick nod at the statement of bringing her to his clan. It was really exciting! His clan. didn't get many visitors, and his calm would definitely enjoy it, even if she stayed only for a couple days.
"Hmm? Oh yes! We are definitely staying a few days! It seems like there's lots to do here! I think I can even help Bii make those potions! If she lest me of course! I guess you could show me around as well? Um, I guess a formal introduction is that I'm Echo? And from what I heard your Summers? Nice to meet you!"

aah! sorry for making this so my clan-centric :'D, I've just been wanting to write about my dergs for a while
Summers smiled down at Echo, “Well he seems sweet enough, at least,” she said cooly, not even bothering to greet him, instead directing her statement at Bii. “I still wish you wouldn’t leave so much, my offer to accompany you is still on the table, you know.”
Bii non-committedly bobbed her head. “I’m fine, you just stay with the rest and make sure no one does anything stupid while I’m away.” She looked at Echo and smiled reassuringly before speaking to Summers again. “ You can go ahead and alert the others to tell them I’m back, Echo’s pretty tired and we’re going to rest for a while.”
The imperial frowned, “If you insist, if you’re not back in another few hours I’m coming to look for you.” She shifted her great body, and with one last glance towards the pair, was off in a flurry of light. The two dragons stood, watching, for a while as the world faded back to the dim light of early dawn.
“Summers is very sweet once you get to know her, but can be shady towards strangers, so don’t feel rejected,” Bii told Echo. “It took her… a while to warm up to me.”
Bii remembered something she had been meaning to ask the pearlcatcher, “Hey, earlier you said that you had possibly been to Dawnglow before, do you think you really have? Or were you just mistaken?”

(It's ok! Apparently I seem to like RP posts like this! Let's me see into people's clans!)
He watched the other leave, leaving him just with the Coatl once again. "Oh. Well, I don't blame her, it took time for Sycamore to accept me actually! So, I guess I know what it's like to be rejected." He gave a solemn smile, maybe he would have enough time to be able to gain her trust! It was unlikely though, it took many months to be accepted by him.
"What? Have I been to Dawnglow? I-i don't think so, actually I'm not to sure! But I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that it was likely another clan..." He looked off trying hard to remember. Had he? It made his brain hurt to think about. "Does this have to do with your clan?"
Elliot barked at him, liking that he had encountered another dragon! Shame that they didn't have a friend with them! Echo ruffled his head. He wished that he was able to talk to him. Elliot would definitely know if they had encountered the clan!
(Sorry if this was a bit short)
