Sugar chuckled. "Yes, he always makes wonderful things. He's not really a chef though, just a dragon with a good eye and good tastebuds." They were soon back in the main room, where there were even more dragons now who had returned or come out of their rooms and jobs to eat and socialise. It was loud and busy.
"Surprisingly not that hard. We started with this room, before others decided to just do what they wanted and this system was created purely on happy accident and kind, size-conscious dragons."

Dash followed Sugar back to the main chamber, listening to her explanation as they went. It was difficult to hear over the boisterous drakes settling in the common area. He managed it, however. "It's beautiful," he spoke blindly. His attention was more on the Imperial with the food.

From his pocket he pulled a small picture depicting his beloved family. "Good night my loves," he told it gently before setting it on the pillow next to his head. It took only seconds for sleep to take hold of them there after.
