On his way home, he had stopped among traveling merchants who were in the area and overheard something about a witch in a nearby clan. One who called upon the twisted magic of the shade. He immediately changed course to confront this new threat. Once he had located the lair in which the witch had supposedly set up shop, he started his decent. Landing just outside with a loud thud and waited. Eyes never leaving the entrance.

She was thankful for this clan, it's morally grey leader and clanmates who turned their eyes away. That said nothing for those dragons who visited, or who heard whispers. Even in the Plaguebringer's domain there were somethings that were off-limits. Usually most were to frightened to see if the rumor were true, but once in awhile a lone dragon or dragoness would poke around to find the truth, and if need be neutralize it. It seemed like that today, as Sunder heard that someone was stationed at the entrance of the lair. She noticed the blue and white guardian sitting at the entrance and seemingly waiting for something, or someone. "Aw, but I already know your name." He said, a knowing smile on his face. "For you see, I also speak to those who have passed. Or, more spicificly, those you have wronged. They whisper to me. They have told me all that you have done, and all that you intend to do. So tell me shade spawn, do you wish to do this the easy way, or the hard way?"

He tilted his head, as if listening to something. He then nodded and said "The shade cannot be controlled, nor do you have as much power over it as you think you do. It is not some carnal beast that can be tamed. It is a sentient force that's only goal is the destruction of all magic in the universe. I believe, one day, it will return, but i intend to postpone that day as long as possible."

His voice was foreboding, like he knew for certain that what he said was true.

He highly doubted that the bog had lived longer then him. His magic made him stop ageing in his prime up until 20 years ago, but that was a talk for another time.

"I do, yes." sans said, straightening himself. "Every time someone does something as little as saying it's name, it gets that much closer. I can feel it. And every time someone calls upon it, no matter how big or little that may be, it gives it a giant shove towards our world. So, tell me again that one dragon doesn't make a difference.
