In that case, if I have a different dragon whom I'd like to get gened/dressed other than the two prize dragons should I post the scry and outfit of that dragon as well?
(If that's not allowed that's more than understandable.)

you would need to dress and gene one of the prize dragons however you wish your other dragon to look. You still have to take a dragon if you win/want the prize, but you are free to do whatever you want with a prize dragon after you win them. Exalt them, sell them, give them to someone else, it's up to you! all the genes and apparel come separately from the prize dragon, that way you can use them however you want

=) I usually don't plan apparel, I just place them as I get them.
I also don't want part in the build a dragon. I'd rather it go to someone who's actually going to love and care for the two dragons. Sadly they just don't fit my lair very well.
