She had a feeling a few of the dancers in her clan would get along quite well with the dragon whose personality changed entirely in and out of preforming. Once he finished his dance, she made sure to show her appreciation with applauding and cheering. At his approach, she was a bit surprised at being presented a gift from seemingly nowhere, but neverthless, she was terribly grateful. "Thank you, my child, I'll be sure to share this with the rest of my clan. I have a feeling they'll really appreciate it. I hope you don't mind if I tell my dancers about your show from today?" She knew that they'd love to here a retelling of the dance in great detail. After the performance ended, Gladewing reclined under the shade of a nearby tree, close enough to the festivities to keep an eye on them, but far enough away to where it was quiet and tranquil. The breeze whistled through the bamboo and chimes, and she hummed in harmony with them.

She ordered a few large fried grasshoppers to munch on, enjoying the soft breeze and the chatter of dragons as she sat on a grassy hill on the festival grounds. Maybe the Tundra would cross her path again before the festival ended.

She may have been a little late, but now she was flying overhead, dodging kites, swooping through the bamboo, coming in for a landing and then taking off once again. She preformed her own graceful flying, with spins and dives. When she came for a landing, she often landed on the tops of stalls, platforms or even balanced on skinny poles. When the fun started to dwindle down, she had plans to go buy some things, but for now she was happy in the air.

Here, dragons who need a little break from the festivities can come and sit down to eat, have a conversation, or simply enjoy the view from the huge bay windows. It seems like all of Sornieth is laid out below. The Zephyr Steppes stretch out in every direction, with the Sea of a Thousand Currents just visible on the horizon. Dragons of all kinds are constantly flying around the Cloudsong: coming, going, or simply playing in the howling gale that fills its sails. Inside, however, it is peaceful. Only a gentle puff of air, perfumed with floral scents, stirs the observation deck. It announces the presence of a skydancer. She stands on her hind legs, wooden pipeflute in hand. Wind chimes hang from her outstretched wings. Flower petals constantly fall around her. She smiles, causing another breeze that makes the petals swirl everywhere and sets her chimes ringing. She plays a simple tune on the pipes to accompany the bells. The song is slow and meandering, mixing easily with the ringing of the chimes. Sometimes the melody is easy to identify, sometimes it seems as random as the notes hit by the jingling chimes. But somehow it always harmonizes perfectly, and is pleasant to listen to. The refreshing breeze continues to blow, keeping the air sweet and the wind chimes in motion. The skydancer stands almost perfectly still, only moving to play her pipes. It is quite a change from most of the other music that can be found in the party, which ranges from merry to downright frenetic. Hers is tranquil and meditative, casting a spell of serenity over the entire area. After some time, the last note trails off, and the skydancer smiles softly. @AshuriiAkemi The wildclaw might be too shy to do an encore, but Melody will perform for as long as Rana cares to listen!

@Prescott Any kite that can catch the wind is a winner, as far as Melody is concerned. Perhaps some food will help Botan pluck up her courage! No sense competing on an empty stomach.
