Welcome to the Riot of Rot Out of Flight Raffle Thread! I'm your host, ShadeOfChaos, and I want to start this off by welcoming everyone to our pre-celebration celebration! We're currently getting everything set up, but you're welcome to stick around and see what happens!
Our theme for this year's Riot of Rot is Family-Friendly, and who better to help us with the celebration than the Pup Scouts!

This month, Plague has been hosting plenty of programs featuring the Pup Scouts! They like to share scary campfire stories, try to earn badges, and overall help others, no matter what flight they're from. Any flight can be part of the Pup Scouts, and they're gathering together to try and make Sornieth a better place! If you're looking for more ways to join the Pup Scouts, head on over to our Festival Hub and join in the celebration!
[rule]
It's a quiet, happy Sunday
And all through the lands
Every dragon is stirring
and making some plans.
See the Riot of Rot
Starts a week from today,
And true to Plague style,
We invite all to play.
But this week, you see,
Is not for the fun.
This week where we fight,
The fight must be won.
So join us, dear allies
Jump into the fray
Help us train up the exalts
Let us send them away.
Train hard, learn well,
And show you have pride,
Only then can you go
To the Plaguebringer's side.
For the Plaguebringer calls
"Come children, come near,
Join your dear Mother,
And never you fear.
Though Plague is seen as those
Who embrace ills and rot,
We take pride in our exalts,
And you have earned this spot.
So listen to those
who know we will Thrive
as we spread, we are Plague
We will always Survive."

This is a post in case anything needs updating and Shade isn't available. :)
10/21: We are aware of sabotage to the recording sheet, this is being looked into and fixed. Our apologies for any delays that may result as we put out the fire.
Prizes were originally scheduled to be updated Sunday morning, and since fixing the sheet has taken all day to do, updates to the prize packages will be forthcoming. Thanks for bearing with us as we get things straightened out!
10/22: We're still recovering from yesterday's madness. Please stand by as Shade works on getting prize packs updated. You can ask Shade to ping you when the new prize packs are added!

I'd like to thank everyone. Everyone. A huge thank you to the Dom Team for being there and supportive, for our Glimmers and Assistants for helping us sort through everything. Thank you to the donators that made the gifts possible, the artists and writers and levelers offering services, and everyone who had to deal with yet another "hey guys, does this look okay to you" post. Thank you to all the receivers that are working their tails off getting dragons sorted, despite all the early week issues.
And a super thank you to all of YOU, everyone reading this right now, everyone that's been sending dragons to us, sending us messages, helping us fix things, making sure that the Fest continues on despite the hiccups. Plague wouldn't have a good Riot of Rot without all our friends in other flights helping us out.
Thank you.

Okay, I think that's everything. @Glurpagos @PaperPony it took a while, but I believe all the prizes are now in. ^_^
