I have a shifting kelpie mane that I have decided to raffle off!! Rules:
1. Winners will be picked by random number generator
2. Raffle ends on June 9th 2018
3. You have 48 hours after the winners have been announced to claim your prize
4. If the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen
5. If you win the mane, you are no longer eligible for the bump prize
6. When sending payment for tickets, you must clarify that it is for the raffle
