A banner is fluttering in the breeze: “Tidepool Scavenging - Try your luck!” As you come closer, you feel a Plague Fae’s eyes locking onto you and the small, golden creature flutters towards you. “Hello there, stranger. I am excited to welcome you to our very own little Wavecrest event. My name is Aurelia from the Moondancer Clan. Let me show you around.” Aurelia leads you around the beach, to a spot where nine dragons of varying breeds, colors, sizes and elements are waiting. A Mirror raises his head and quickly makes his way towards the two of you. "Aaah, greetings," he hisses and shows off his teeth in a wide grin as he eyes you over. "You are interested in a little treasure hunt, yes? I am Karoc of the Lights of the Abyss. Shall we explain the rules, golden one?" The rules are simple really: on the map Karoc has placed on the ground you choose a square to go scavenging. They explain that the deeper you go the more dangerous your journey will be, but the chances of finding something exciting are higher. She is now a honorary member and usually stays above the surface, surveying the waves while preparing dinner. If she meets someone not fluent in sign language, her Murktooth Bramblekeep Jerome is there to help out and translate. A seasoned warrior, he’s experienced his fair share of underwater fights and is always up for exploring beyond the reef. She propels herself through the deepest seafloor expanses with surprising speed, bright eyes and glowing bulb piercing the darkness. The massive leader of the Lights is as old as the the pack itself and has seen many generations come and go. The strange creatures of the abyss being no match for his mighty jaws, he will guide his clients safely through the dangerous area he calls his home. [/columns] [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/u7imnoy.png[/img] [b][color=#0d095b][size=5][CLAN LORE][/size][/color][/b][/center] The [b]DEEPSEA VAGABONDS[/b] were a group of nomads, dragons rejected by their homes for numerous reasons. Under the guarding wing of their leader, Strider, they’ve made their way through Sornieth. After years of travelling, they finally came upon the Moondancer Clan, where they were offered food and a place to stay for the night, which quickly developed into their new home. They may be a pack of outcast, but they’re also highly respected within the lair, daring into depths no other dragon has seen before and often procuring surprising amounts of treasures and trinkets. The [b]LIGHTS OF THE ABYSS[/b] have been roaming the Leviathan Trench for as long as they remember. Deep, dark creatures whose glowing bodies are the only lights in the shadowy reaches of the trench, scavengers, hunters, and, most of all, survivors. When the Pond Divers came upon them after a much needed expansion of their lair tensions were high, after all they had intruded this pack's territory by accident. Both groups however quickly saw the benefits of uniting their abilities and so the Lights joined the array of regulars at the Deepwater Bazaar, supplying foreign trinkets from the deepest sea and rare catches from their hunts.
