For my entry, I’ll share a story about wind! Several years ago, I went to France with my family. We went on that one bridge that had been bombed on one side, so the bridge doesn’t go all the way across, I forget the name of it. It wasn’t really a windy day, but the end of the bridge was so windy, we couldn’t go all the way there. I was almost blown off!

At my school, we participate in a competition called Poetry Out Loud, which is basically just a competition for reciting poetry. One of the more popular poems (and memorable ones) was The Barnacle by A. E. Stallings. It's essentially just about barnacles, but for some reason it always sticks in my head. There was also another popular sea related one, but I can't think of the name for some reason (though I tried searching for it with no results). Anyway, it always makes me think about barnacles and the ocean and that sort of stuff.

Unfortunately, I don't enjoy swimming or the beach enough to have some truly watery stories, but I do remember that one time I got stung by jellyfish, and it itched for a long time afterwards.

@Juxta13 I bought this Water girl as a cute hatchling just a few days after I first started 2 years ago now (wait, what?!). I was tempted to exalt her because I've never really been a fan of pink. Started training her, realized I didn't have the heart to exalt her, and decided she was staying as a perma. A few random gene changes and scatters later, she's almost to the point I want her at. @Juxta13 Oh yay, i was hoping there'd be a random raffle for water :D It's been just a few days over a year since I joined Flight Rising and the Water flight! In fact, my first nest from my progens was hatched on the first day of Wavecrest. I ended up selling most of the kiddos from that first nest, except for one. He was my first project dragon, the first dragon I gened up, and is now one of my official badge collectors. I've spoiled him with silly adopts, and found him a G1 mate that I'm working up to gene for him! It's such a nice mix of friendly and helpful people but also being able to do my own thing, and has some neat programs, that I never want to leave! For example there's an exalting program called Dangerous Depths where flight members create bosses that we exalt dragons to 'defeat'!
