Considering that she looks like a piece of jerky left in the sun for twenty years underneath all that stuff, she fits the role of a Draugr well.

The white roses are a symbol for the innocence he used to have, and the cuffs symbolize how he's chained down by his past and false goals. He owns a Shadow Tome, which is full of spells and information on the Shadow Flight. In his free time, he likes to find a quiet spot and read it for hours on end.

He travels the wastelands, trading information and goods with other dragons he passes. He is hoping to find his mate out here, though no one has yet heard of her. Now he must use his wits and his skills to cross the wastes to the next hub, hoping he will find a clue there.
