Scary stories: You love 'em or you hate 'em. Clan elders often get their kicks by spooking hatchlings with vivid descriptions of terrible monsters, and their own (probably fake) encounters with them. There are plenty of campfires to gather around in the dead of night, tuckerd out from the festival... so why not make use of them under the Arcane stars?
Let's face it: Telescopes are hard to use. All those dials, all those lenses... and they're so expensive! What would happen if a hatchling got their hands on such a finely-tuned instrument... or worse, a group of them?
Nothing is more romantic than nighttime in the Starfall Isles. The blossoms of the Starwood Strand keep their glow until dawn, even if they fall from their tree. It's a perfect place to fall in love... or reconnect with your mate of generations. Talk about a tender outing from one of your clan's lovebirds.
Preparing for Starfall is hard! You need food for everyone, a place to sleep, enough from your hoard to pay for various treasures and make yourself feel at home in a strange territory... How did the journey from your lair to the event grounds go?
As fun as it is to learn about constellations that alredy exist, making your own isn't just a game for hatchlings! Rumor has it that a group of astronomers is drawing up new constellations RIGHT NOW in the Observatory... so let's do something else. How about we rewrite the origin stories of our favorite constellations?
It's every Arcanite's dream to be literally among the stars. But getting there is the hard part, even though we're dragons, with wings, who can fly. So let's be rocketeers! What's your plan for greeting the cosmos?
Star stories are more than just fun to learn. Stars are guides, muses, and saving graces for many dragons, not even just Arcanites. How has knowledge of the stars, or appreciation of them, saved your hide in the past?
There's plenty of clothing designed to model the stars, but all of it is hard to come by, simply because capturing their likeness in a way that's good enough for the average dragon is exactly as hard as it sounds. Give it your best shot - what starry ritz are you rocking at the ball? And how did you get it?
