Miners are getting lost in the mines they've traveled all their lives, jewelers are mixing up names of jewels and cuts and prices, historians have forgotten names, dates, and places of important events! The lapse in memories seems to be spreading, at first there were only a few cases but as the days go on it's spreading to entire mines, shops, and clans. An unease has crept across Dragonhome. Will this continue to affect greater scores of dragons? Will it begin to expand to other memories? Efforts in studying the affected and finding a cure are underway but will it be too late? Winners will be drawn publicly via a browser-sharing program. Any person can only win once. 2. Be respectful, both of the acceptors and other users. Remember acceptors have lives! They may not be able to get to your items at all points in time. Note that acceptors can only accept dragons when they're online... there's only two of us so there will probably be times where neither of us are on and you will have to wait. 3. If you find that an acceptor hasn't been online for more than 24 hours and your tickets haven't been entered, please screenshot your PM and send it to another acceptor and we will enter your tickets in their place. 4. Rules may be added on an encounter basis. If something occurs we will announce a new rule or alterations and they will be bolded in red for everyone to see the changes. 5. Math. This isn't really a rule but something that I'd love to see, and it would earn you from 10-100 extra tickets for doing! The amount you get will depends on how 'hard' the math calculating was. Some didn't even remember where they lived, and with no one to show the officers to their dwelling they didn't even have the chance to gather items to bring with them. A Snapper grunts and beats his paws against the floor, frustrated at his inability to remember something as simple as what gem was in front of him. A ruby, Sodalite almost says but holds himself back. The doctor standing by offers help but is brushed off by the Snapper's temper. None of them can hold it against these dragons, forgetting the most important things in your life, things you've spent your entire life learning, studying, and doing, would be very anger-inducing. To know that you [i]should [/i]know what a ruby is but that you can't even put a word to the gem you're seeing... Sodalite takes off down the hall, flitting between dragons lingering and grumbling. There has to be an answer to this spreading lapse in memory. Something that connects it. A disease, perhaps, or a spell? It seems to spread like a disease and yet none of the staff have forgotten anything despite their close contact... Perhaps the Earthshaker will know. Perhaps the researchers at the Tempest Spire.
