so everyone only gets one ticket!
3. Please don't ask if you can join! Anyone can join, so send me payment right away. If you ask and don't send payment there will be a chance I will overlook you.
4. Once I get the payment from you I will add you to the ticket holder lists when I can. I work full time so there could be hours before I get to update.
5. There's a separate raffle for wearing a banner to advertise for the raffle, see this section for details!

[b]4.[/b] Make sure the banner is in your signature and is noticeable, ie: your sig isn't so full of graphics it's bumped out of the viewport and barely seen. If it's slightly cut off then that's fine, as long as a viewer gets the gist!
