My chance of winning has dipped under 10%, so I think I'll enter for Notre Dame de Lumière.
I enter for...the French. I love the language and hope to be fluent in the language [i]and[/i] the accent eventually.
That aside, I would use it for one of the children of this girl:

Sarai is one of two religious figures in my clan, and she's fairly imbedded into the clan overall. Her parents are the clan's healers, which is vital to a Plague clan with a tiny military. Sarai and her brother are actually my Leap Day dragons. Arias, her brother, is also one of the clan's healers, but he is in the clan's military. He's friends with the clan's Espionage leader, who is the daughter of my favorite lore dragon...
...I could go on and on about the interconnectedness of my clan. Once Sarai has a mate, I'm sure many of the hatchlings would end up continuing Sarai's work. If there's no Poison, that's wonderful. If I do get a female PC with Poison, a Diaphanus or Grove Sylvan Dress would remedy that very nicely~
I probably won't win anyway~ All of these nice people would have great use for the skin, so it would be nice to see any of them win. If I do win, then I won't feel as bad about it either. ...Hopefully.

This would be only the second skin/accent that I own, and the first user created one!! It looks super neat so I can't not sign up for it.
