A cheerful Plague Snapper is running one of the booths, although she seems periodically distracted by a small tumble of hatchlings clambering around her feet. They keep playing with an assortment of paper dolls and cut-outs.
"Do be careful with those, dears! They're for the guests!" she chides. Then she looks up and beams as she notices that some of those guests have approached.
"Hello there, and welcome!" she says cheerfully. "Don't mind the younglings! They're really here because... well, children are such little germ factories! It's in the spirit of the holiday! And speaking of that, you know one of the best way to share germs? Hugs!" And with that she'll attempt to pull the nearest dragon into a warm, friendly hug.
"Anyway, welcome to the booth of the diseased dolls!" She attempts to make those last two words sound spooky. She fails. "This is an imagination game, of sorts! See, you imagine yourself... as something else!" She gestures towards the paper dolls scattered about. "We've got all sorts. Some that look like Meren, some like animals, some like those little funny two legged creatures you sometimes see on old carvings and stuff! Anyway, if you want to play, just let me know, and I'll give you a doll set to, well, make yourself with!"

The short version: present one of your Plaguiest dragons. Don't have a Plaguey dragon? "Plaguiest" is relative, just grab your least unPlaguey, even if it's Fluffles vonCuddleton (because he gives hugs even when he has a cold). I'll link you a dollmaker, and you use it to make a doll version of your dragon. One player (chosen randomly) will receive a full set of Deity Sackdolls as a prize.
