If those come to the clan and wish to fight alongside the likes of Mystral, Icarus, Chavva, Drudwen, Orotoros... He's going to make any newcomer prove themselves before he lets them fight with his family. And so they are sent on a quest, to prove themselves to the clan and their captain. There have been exceptions. Drudwen when he arrived more than proved himself in his first days. Addy had not come to the clan as a fighter, but Luca and Mystral had trained her together. Others had been vetted by someone Luca trusted, or Icarus knew, or Mere had spoken on behalf of.  But Tirion, Mayse, and Telyn were unknowns to Olympuswatch, and the wildclaw was not willing to trust them from the first. They were young, untrained, and ambitious. If they wanted to serve Olympuswatch, then they would find themselves in the wilds and bring back their tales. [*]All loot obtained in the Coliseum is irrelevant, as is the loot obtained from gathering. [*]There are no restrictions about applying apparel to my dragons. Same goes with familiars. [*]Most importantly, all nuzlocke activity corresponds with the loot obtained daily from Pinkerton’s Plundered Pile. [*]If a dragon reaches level 25, it retires, and returns to Olympuswatch. [/LIST] ———————— [b][u]DROPS OF FATE[/u][/b] [b]Food - Coliseum[/b] Plant: 10-20 Matches Insects: 20-30 Matches Seafood: 30-40 Matches Meat: 40-50 Matches Easy Mode: Choose whichever team and venue wanted. Health potions, running from battle, and resetting the battle streak are fine. Hard Mode - Select coliseum challengers in the lair using a random number generator. Then, select the coliseum arena that corresponds to the highest level dragon of that group. If the chosen dragons level up while in an area, it is not necessary to leave the venue. Breaking the battle streak at any time to regen health and fleeing from battles if it is appropriate are both allowed. ——— Materials - Do some writing for the nuzlocke. ——— Trinkets - Do some art (or commission some) for the nuzlocke. ——— Familiars - Buy the cheapest dragon in the auction house of a specific breed. Use a random number generator between 1 and 14 to determine which breed to get. 1 - Fae 2 - Guardian 3 - Mirror 4 - Pearlcatcher 5 - Ridgeback 6 - Tundra 7 - Spiral 8 - Imperial 9 - Snapper 10 - Wildclaw 11 - Nocturne 12 - Coatl 13 - Skydancer 14 - Bogsneak ——— [b]Apparel[/b] Breed two dragons. The dragons picked are chosen at will. Genes or colors via scatterscrolls can be changed at the player's desire. Flip a coin for each hatchling once they hatch. If tails, the dragon is dead and it must be exalted. If heads, the dragon lives. ——— [b]Battle Item - Flip a Coin[/b] Heads - Death Streak Tails - Nothing Happens Death Streak Rules - Randomly select three dragons using a random number generator. Fight in the Coliseum using the "food" rules for 10 rounds consecutively (ie. you cannot leave that arena), quitting midway if a dragon dies. If using the easymode rules, switch to the hardmode rules for battlestones. ——— [b]Rare Drops - CrossPinkerlocke Play[/b] Food: Joint Coliseum time with a partner. We will both go into the Coliseum separately, but the time is evenly split between us both. Materials: Lore swap or gift with a partner. Trinkets: Art swap or gift with a partner. Familiars: Dragon swap with another Pinkerlocke. Apparel: Nest with another Pinkerlocke. The mother of father that is loaned will be returned and if a hatchling survives, you flip a coin to see whose lair it goes to. Battle Items: Joint Death Streak with a partner! Flip a coin. If heads, both partners will go into the Coliseum separately. The Death Streak follows normal Death Streak rules. The rounds are not split, so each partner will do 10 rounds in Coliseum. Isn't that the captain's job--to train up new recruits?" Tirion was all but spinning around the other two, as only a spiral with far too much energy could. "So maybe this is how they test people! It's not like complaining is going to get us anywhere. So the grumpy wildclaw says go do something. Let's go do something!" May watched in amusement, keeping her wings close to her body so as to not get one lopped off by the exuberant spiral. Of all of them, Tirion had always been the most animated, the most determined, the most driven--and she'd known him just long enough to see beyond the manic facade to the true spirit within. Telyn had been a later addition as they made their way from the Shifting Expanse to the Spiral Keep, but he'd always just managed to fit in.  Though she'd never tell him outright, May thought it was a good idea that they were going to go be tested together, as a proper team. If they couldn't fight with each other, they'd never make it under the iron claw Luca clearly held on his guard. The wildclaw's imperial mate was no slouch either. This wasn't going to be easy.
