A Jar-Guessing Game

A winner-takes-all event, whoever guesses the closest to the number of prizes wins them all!

Check the Rules to see how to enter your guess(es), and check the Prizes to see today's theme and hints!

You're wandering through the Farmers Market, looking at the stalls of those dragons who have decided to try and sell their produce during this festival. The sun is high and spring is in full bloom, the warm winds gentle and the pollen sneeze-worthy. Chatter and bustle surrounds you on all sides as dragons look at all the bounties that have been up for sale, enjoying the fruits of all these farmers labors.

You notice the rampant familiars instantly this time, though in much smaller numbers than before. The dragon running the stall looks ready to give up on everything, slumped over the stall's counter, (which has remarkably stayed intact today!) her daughter rubbing a consoling claw on her back.

It seems not all the familiars got properly rounded up earlier in the week, and a few must've been hiding these past couple of days. The excitement of the final day probably lured them back out, and now everyone's back where they were, only nowhere near as bad. It still seems that most of them were caught earlier, there's just a few wily ones still hanging around.

The daughter reaches to tip her hat in greeting when you approach, only to find it's been knocked off in the chaos. She looks mildly aggravated by this. It's the first time you've seen her actually show any signs of distress about the consequences of the wild familiars.

"You heard her! I'm in charge today partners, so let's get to rounding up these last few stragglers! Wait- huh? Who are you lot?"

"Allow us to offer our aid! We will make sure that none of your wild friends get away this time. I shall guard the highlands!"

"Leave those shadows and escape routes to me!"

"My winds and I shall keep the skies clear of feathered friends for you today!"

"There is no one swifter than I in the waters!"

"And no one knows these forest paths better than I! Rest assured, they shall not escape this time!"

: "Oh! Well, thank y'all kindly! Alright you lot, y'all know the drill, you can either hang here and try to round up these stragglers, and maybe take a gander at our prize today while you're at it, or you can take a buddy and go help make sure none of these here critters escape!"

"Well, what are you waiting for? Get to it!"

Today you can either guess at the pot, or claim one of the five ambassadors as a gift instead! I'm headed to bed, so please check previous claims! This will be updated when I get up!

Edit: Just shot out of bed to come add this, lol, if you've already won something, please do not claim any of the ambassadors! Please leave them for people who haven't gotten anything yet!

Announcing: Snack Packs!

A lot of people have guessed during this event, and with only one pot a day, not everyone can win. Wednesday had multiple freebies, and today has a few as well, but at the end of the day, there will still be people who go home with nothing to show for their efforts.

Well, fear no longer good citizens!

It may not be much, but to say thank you to everyone for participating in this event, and helping make it as amazing as it has been, I'm going to be handing out little snack packs to everyone who guessed, donated, and even just helped plan the event!

EVERYONE who participated, whether you won anything or not, will be receiving a basic Snack Pack, containing 100 food points in Insects, Meat, Seafood, and Plants each. Those who purchased multiple tickets or donated items to the pots will receive a Deluxe Snack Pack, including more food points relative to the contribution.

This will inevitably take some time to hand out, so bare with me if it takes a while! I will make another post in this thread once I believe all of them have been handed out, but won't ping anyone as the event technically will be over. So if you think it's been a while and you have yet to receive anything, come check this thread! If there's no post yet, worry not, I may just not have gotten to you yet! But if there is a post and you did not receive anything, please let me know, I must have accidentally missed you!

So if you did not join until later in the week and it takes some time, don't worry, I probably just haven't gotten to you yet!

Again, it's not much, but it's my way of saying thank you.

Snack Pack handing out starts tomorrow once all guesses are in, as people could still purchase multiple tickets today and thus change what they will receive!

Theme of the Day: The Harvest

Happy Greenskeeper everyone, thanks for making it an awesome one.

Pixel of the Day:

Hint(s) of the Day: A lot of you are probably not going to like this, but quite honestly, I'm completely out of ideas for this one. Whoops! I've written a poem, made you do math on multiple occasions, given you a range, given you lists, I honestly don't have a brand new idea for a hint!

Except, not really giving you one!

At least, not like the one's I've given you before.

What I can tell you is that this pot is a culmination of all the day's previous, plus a little extra! Not all donations that I was given... necessarily fit the themes, so I decided to just throw them in here!

(For instance, probably the oddest part of this pot, that I suppose counts as a hint, is that there's a stack of health potions in here! Hey, it was donated, so it gets handed out!)
