Depending on the amount of time spent grinding most of tha familiars go for 5kt+ so a one hour grind maybe 100kt-200kt i normally sell the food ,apparel,familiars,and battlestones.

KitsaRosethorn impressive! Grinding in the Coliseum really is worth it, especially if you find a valuable item like an eliminate or egg. Of course, the value of the eliminate just dropped quite a bit with Galore's gift, but it's still worth a lot.
