Here, I will be keeping track of a sort of side project that I'm doing in my lair. Thanks to Lair Tabs, it's even easier for me to justify creating a new clan within my current lair.
I actually started this "Nuzlocke Clan" on January 20, 2019, when I hatched Nashira. I decided she'd be my matriarch. Almost a month later, I hatched the Clan's second member, Kari. However, I didn't start using the Pinkerlocke rules until February 17, 2019.

An Uncanny Friend
"Hello, Nashira."
"..."
"You're wondering how I know your name."
Nashira nods. The Fae's gaze makes her somehow uneasy, as if he were not looking at her, but through her. He smiles, and she steels her resolve.
"That's not important."
As though he can read her mind, he quickly adds,
"Don't worry. It's a gift I have. Besides, your identity is safe with me."
Nashira relaxes at this. Despite his unnerving demeanor, the dragon seems friendly and somehow, she knows that she can trust him.
"I am Kari. There is a very powerful energy about you, very powerful. I should like to adventure with you, should you desire my companionship. Though I can also provide all sorts of other skills, if friendship is not your priority..."
The Fae pauses, and then smiles warmly.
"...though somehow, I think that a friend is just what you've been hoping for."
Additionally, today, Kari finalized his creation: a synthetic dragon whose sole purpose is to fight. She is still young, and learning to control her new body, but Kari assures Nashira that before long, she will be "a killing machine."
