I've been thinking about this for a while, and I'm hesitant because I'd rather stay in Light (and I'm really not excited about the 6-month cooldown), but I need Fire nests a lot more than Light nests right now. I think this is the best step to take from here, otherwise when this project gets in full swing with [u]>[/u]15 main pairs, I'll just be relying far too heavily on others. I'd like to not be harassing other users for nests literally every day. :v I still might need to borrow nests from other folks every now and then for this. Don't know if I'll always have room to breed main pairs while still managing narrow-down pairs. But it won't be as frequent. Oh, and since Flight changes can only be done with an empty Nesting Grounds, I'm going to have to take a step back from this for a few days. I'll resume regular breeding once the switch is made. Anyways, we have five eggs from Salma and Coel to hatch! I'll be pairing him up with Scarun, one of Kokuyoseki/Cett's offspring - she grew up today, so it's a good thing that I hatch nests before exalting old dragons, ahaha. Progress feels nice. [size=2]And though it's kind of inconsequential, I'm glad there were no twin hatchlings in this bunch. ><[/size] More correct hatchlings from Salma and Coel would definitely be helpful, so I will be keeping them around.

I'll be able to change Flights in two days. One more nest to hatch for this project tomorrow, and another for an unrelated one the day after.

[s]Admittedly, I'm scared.[/s] Well, I don't think there will be any issue with pairing Leoven off with the next female I get from either of my first two main pairs. I'd better start saving treasure; I'm going to have to expand my lair much sooner than I thought. Switching Flights tomorrow, so I'll probably be breeding a bunch of pairs then.

Thank you! Let's just hope we end up with Primal eyes on the right dragon, eh? Since now it's suddenly possible to hatch a Fire Primal with the wrong colors...well, if it happens, it happens.

So I am down 1500 gems (ugh) and officially a member of the Fire flight for the next [u]>[/u]6 months!...it's already throwing me off, ahaha. I forgot my lair would look totally different after this. I'll get used to it eventually, but for now, it's just weird. Now since I've had to shirk my breeding duties, I am behind! We've come out of this with four pairs ready to breed - not terrible, just probably more than I should do all at once. But I'm more impatient than I am prudent, so I'm still doing three today. :v Breaking in my weird new Fire nests are Kokuyoseki and Cett. I get to breed them myself for the first time! Thank you! ^^ I might take you up on that offer at some point, if I end up really strapped for space. Which isn't that unlikely since I've got too many projects going on at once, ahaha. I'll keep you in mind!

As alluded to yesterday, I've another pair to breed. Silentfall and murkyJR this time. It'll be a few days before anyone else is ready - hopefully I'll be able to clear some space before then.
