1. Contest runs from October 22 00:30 FR time to November 1 23:59 FR time. No submissions entered after that time will be allowed.
2. You can only win once per category. That means if your submission to the Pup Scout Coloring Category is chosen by the community and by the judges, you can only choose one prize. However, it also means you can win once in the Pup Scout Coloring Category and once in the Badge Coloring Category, so feel free to submit entries to both!
3. You are allowed 2 entries per category, max. Anything after that will look great, but will not be counted.
4. Be polite to everyone
5. Use the template included in the corresponding post to notate your submissions
6. Only use the provided bases for your submissions - think of this as being a skin content. The lineart for the base cannot be altered, and you have to stay within the lines, but you can add more lines if you want!
7. Do not color outside the lines for your judging submissions
8. Submissions have to be original content, meaning no Pup Scouts colored like iconic characters
9. Do not steal anyone else's work
10. No offsite assets can be used. This means no stock textures. If you make a texture yourself, you can apply it, but nothing from offsite.
11. Everything has to be family-friendly, so keep it PG-13 or below
12. Have fun with it!

Honestly, GrumpyCatlover did everything for the contest. Came up with the rules, drew the templates, made sure the prizes all fit, everything. I just coded it all to look pretty. So big thank you to GrumpyCatlover for dealing with my constant poking and flailing around.

Voting will occur during the week of November 4th to November 10th, and prizes will be awarded the following week.
