EDIT (October 6th): Since I deviated from my original plan, I have decided to try and pick back up again. This time instead of waiting for the start of the year, I am going to go October to October. Same rules apply, only I am sure I will drift and come back to this over the course of the year. I am going to try to keep doing some sort of Coliseum Challenge, or simply start over once I finish the one I am currently in the middle of. I will also track my Night of the Nocturne process as I go. I may decide to train up another dragon like I did last year. I don't know yet, but it's one of the things in my head.
On October first, I am going to start the following:

Collect any food I obtain

Collect any packs, chests, eggs or crates I obtain

Collect any materials I obtain

Update weekly over the weekend (Saturday)
Baldwin’s Brew:

Apparel obtained can be used

Food, materials or other items can only be used if bought separately for the specific use of brewing

Gathering must coincide with the monthly festival (i.e; January, Ice; February, Shadow; ect…)

No selling of Food, Material or Other tab within Hoard—Apparel, Familiar, Battle, Skins and Specialty are allowed as long as done minimally

All items obtained have to be done so through bonding with familiars or through RNG of coli/gathering

All money/gems obtained are from dragons through leveling fodder or sales
Coli/NotN:

Continue with Coliseum Challenge; keep track of item from venue (99 stack), Boss encounters, and loot aqquired

No selling of Food, Material or Other tab items found — Apparel, Familiar, Battle, Skins, and Specialty are allowed to be sold

NotN will get it's own post and be treated as one big Coliseum Challenge for the duration of the event
A dented chest that is rusted shut. A deft dragon may be able to pry the lock open. A strong one could probably smash it.

What a prize! This golden chest gleams in the sunlight and is decorated with jewels and beautiful platinum designs. It's extremely heavy. Surely there is something valuable within.

So, I figured with everything else that I would try to collect the Coli Boss familiars that I am missing. Below is a list of the ones that I still need. Hopefully I can check these off as the year goes.

This bottle once held an impressive collection of bones. One has to wonder about the dragon who originally thought bottling bones was a good idea...

Burlap Sack

The rough, stained material of this sack is scratchy to the touch.

Shattered Ceramic Jar
Chests
This jar was once worth more than its contents: Careless scavengers reap fewer rewards.

Waterlogged Trunk

The contents of this chest have been destroyed... -except for a handful of algae-covered coins.

COLISEUM BOSSES
So, I figured with everything else that I would try to collect the Coli Boss familiars that I am missing. Below is a list of the ones that I still need. Hopefully I can check these off as the year goes.
Rat King
Familiar
Long live the king.
4500
Tunnel Hydra
Familiar
That groundquake isn't an erupting volcano. Steer clear of the vents if you don't want to play an unpleasant game of whack-a-head.
4725
Goldenbeast
Familiar
A methodical grooming may soothe a Goldenbeast where music has proven ineffectual.
5000
Overcharged Silverbeast
Familiar
If you purchased this silverbeast from the auction house, you were likely overcharged.
5000
Crowned Roc
Familiar
One of only a few airborne creatures in Sornieth larger than a dragon.
7350
Wartoad
Familiar
Elder wartoads rival guardian dragons in size.
8000
Frost Delver
Familiar
This automaton has continued to work long after its pilot ran away.
10000
Stone Borer
Familiar
The armor plating on this golem was designed to withstand a cave-in. Deflecting a claw is no challenge.

January 6th Update
Slow week, I made a little money, but I spent some as well, so actually have less than what I started with. I had thrown a bunch of stuff up on the auction house for gems and a lot of that sold, so that was nice.
Bought a new pair of dragons with a larger color range, exalted an old pair and exalted some fodder I had bred.
Working my way through a stack of material I saved from my lair clean out. Once that's gone, I plan to buy a stack of Other tab material to toss at Baldwin.
Total profits for the week:
Treasure: 95321
Gems: 1042

I don't plan on doing this often, but I finally got one of the boss familiars out of Blooming Grove! Over 50 encounters later! Now for the other one!

Exciting week this week. With the release of the new familiars I was able to brew the four from Baldwin's but I haven't been able to obtain any of the others yet. I managed to finally get one of the boss familiars from Blooming Grove, as well as the rest of the familiars I was missing from there. Still need the Mossy Pohip though, yet he eludes me.

I can't tell you how much time I have spent in Blooming Grove and I still need that one familiar. I'm hoping it drops this coming week so I can move on in my hunt for boss familiars.

So, slow week in the coliseum. Only thing of note was a second Flowering Pohip, but still no Mossy one.
[item=Pygmy hippo] x 89
And still no familiar.
Although, I did manage to get another of the Sprites, so now I am only missing the elusive Light Sprite.

Needless to say, didn't make a profit this week. Hopefully next week is better.

January 27th Update
Nothing too much this week. Grinding mostly in Redrock and getting ready for the festival. I did manage to get a second Elim to drop. Hopefully festival week is nice to me, I'm excited.
