A pearlcatcher suddenly dropped from the sky, banging her head on the counter and onto the ground. She let out a sheepish smirk.

"I'll like to play, please!" Aretha pulled one of her lanterns closer to her, lighting her face. She was thrilled to have the chance to play the game, as it was as unpredictable as one of her pranks. Wrapping her tail around her pearl, Aretha readied herself in preparation.

Wow! I have two sets of visitors left to write make a visit (after I'm not sure if I'm dropping the roleplay bit, getting someone to make a second visit or what, heh) and I think today's badges would definitely suit some of the members of a particular group. The Light and Wind Mirrors he was walking with may not be actively hostile to one another, but they weren’t trying very hard to get along. “What? Is this the flipside to uniting in times of crisis: splitting again in peace?” He directed the question at the other two with an edge of sarcasm to it. “In some ways life is harder in peace than war.” Inkfell, the crimson Mirror, remarked, implying an affirmative. “More complicated at least.” Shunic attempted a meaningful contribution in spite of the perceived tension. “Are you bored?” Inkfell asked. “I’m not bored.” Shunic became wary, “are you bored?” “No.” “Well now that we’ve established that we’re all bored out of our teeth.” Orssiel interjected, “let’s try a game that involves pocket fireworks.” He indicated a stall tended by a Snapper. Inkfell shrugged, “the designs seem nice.” “No reason why not.” Shunic added. With that the three headed for the stall and took a moment to take in the crowd. “Looks like the stallowner worked hard on these and is drawing in the business.” Inkfell observed with a touch of respect at the achievement. “Time we find out about the main event.” Shunic was now committed to getting a turn. Good. Orssiel thought to himself. They’re taking a break from stepping over each other’s feet and lashing tails at least. Orssiel hung back a couple of steps as the other two kept moving forward when opportunity arose. “Three turns, huh.” Shunic considered the game instructions. When he glanced at Inkfell to pose the question of turn order, the Light Mirror glanced at the Water Mirror a few steps behind and back again. “Oh yes.” Shunic realised. “Hey, Orssiel! Wanna take a toss?” Orssiel grinned and replied jokingly, “sure, just don’t be surprised if there’s some steam from me standing close to the embers.” He walked up to accept the third toss. “Keennest first, Shunic.” Inkfell nodded to the Wind dragon.

"It seems no one thought fit to teach this one here not to steal from our hoard, so today I will play, and she will watch." She handed some embers over. "At any rate, she will not be allowed back here for the rest of this festival, and hopefully she will learn her lesson." "Nooooo! Momoka wants to plaaaay!!!" the Mirror hissed, only to get a firm tug on her ear. "Owwww!" "I rather think this will be a bit challenging to do with only one paw," said the Guardian, "But I will do my best."
