As you enter the arched doorway, you've no question which classroom you've entered. Colorful paintings and fabulous sculptures line the walls, and all manner of paint coats the floor. A colorful Nocturne looks up at you, beaming.
"Welcome, welcome! To, er," she thinks for a moment. "Well, Art Class, I suppose. I'm afraid we don't have a very magical name for it!" She laughs.
She motions to the paint-spackled wooden tables, each topped with stacks of papers. "This week we are keeping our lessons simple. Coloring! Or, well, a coloring contest." She fidgets her front claws, excited but nervous. "This is my first class, I'm very excited to watch you all create beautiful things!"
There are all manner of art tools scattered around -- from crayons, to pencils, to paint; to strange arcane displays aligned across the back wall that appear to have some sort of coloring magic. "You're welcome to color however pleases you! But," she pulls a chalkboard down from a recess in the ceiling, "there are some..."
RULES
- Open to any media!
- Each coloring sheet will have one winner in each of the two categories, digital and traditional. If a sheet has no entries for a given category, a runner-up winner will be chosen in the category it does have entries in.
- You may submit one entry per coloring sheet, per category. (If you color one digitally, and then re-color it digitally, pick the one you like best. But if you color a sheet digitally, and then color it with traditional media, you may enter both of those pieces.)
- Winners will be chosen by a consensus of Professors (neutral judges not entering the contest.) The order in which winners choose prizes will be determined by RNG.
- Each entrant can only win once. However...
- All who enter the contest will be eligible for DOOR PRIZES, distributed randomly by RNG. Everyone will have an equal chance to receive a door prize! (But they will be distributed at the end.)
- Please respect the work our artists put into drawing these coloring sheets! If you wish to re-post (with credit) please contact the artist. (Artists who have already given this permission will be marked.)
