It's a bright and clear day on the Windswept Plateau, a bit blustery, but what else could you expect. After the first few days things are starting to pick up, and you wander from stall to brightly colored stall looking for something new.
Just as something catches your eye, a massive gale sweeps the plain, nearly knocking you over! Shortly afterwards a flustered looking spiral approaches you.

How This Works
Help blunder keep her perfect record! Throughout the festival, Blunder will bring more scraps to sort through. Find which papers go with which to form a message, then put them back together so that she can return them to their proper recipients!
But beware, all of the letters are in Ursegal! They'll need to be translated in order to organize them. Here are some resources you can use:

Just for clarification's sake: These letters are fairly long and it will be a few days before you'll have one in its entirety. You will start to be able to get the main idea of what's going on sooner than that depending on how willing you are to make assumptions. Feel free to include these assumptions in an early submission. Who knows, you may be right!

So do the different ink colors indicate different authors? I mean, it would be weird for a dragon to suddenly switch their ink in the middle of a letter.
