The good luck vibes I got yesterday in this thread worked like a charm ^^
A generous player (I wont say the name in case he want to stay anonymous ^^) sent me 5 gems and I sold various little things, so I got 154 gems, putting my total to 5144 :D
I sent the first payment, so I now have 144 gems left :D
I just have to pay 44283 gems :D
Now, it's time to get the next 5k gems XD
