Are there going to be other forum vistas in the future aside from the ones given to kickstarter supporters? Is there anyway to earn them though in game challenges?
Also what is that blue bar on the upper right side of the screen below my name and the happiness bar for?

The blue bar is how many consecutive days you've kept your dragons well-fed. Once it's full you begin receiving daily bonuses.
We would like to use vistas more in the future, particularly through achievements or challenges. :-)
