Introductions

Hi there, I am new! lol I came here because I have seen it mentioned on Chicken Smoothie many times and I finally decided to check it out.

As evidenced by my username, I go by sienna and I am adult player (41)! I love the color purple and butterflies. Hate spiders and thunderstorms. I am owned by a kitty that goes by the name Boots. She is currently about 8 months old, she came to live with me when she was about 6 months old.

There are several TV series that I am currently into...

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
the new Charmed
Legacies
Riverdale
Big Bang Theory

Those are just the currently running ones, but there are many more older shows that I enjoy re-watching from time to time.

I like reading as well, mostly sci-fi type stuff, but I do also read the occasional romance novel! I particularly like vampire based novels such as the A Shade of Vampire series by Bella Forrest.

I am liking it so far, didn't know it was a dragon site and I love dragons, so I think I will stick around! It's just all so confusing at the moment, I have no idea what to do! lol

I am working my way through the FAQ's quide, so I am sure I will learn all I need to know soon, it's just a bit slow going as I have a short attention span and get side tracked easily, plus I am always multi-tasking and going back and forth between several tabs when I am on the computer! lol

My best general tips-

Don't exalt your Progens (that's the first two dragons you get when you join) lots of people do then regret it later when they realize Gen One dragons are collectable. If you do end up doing it you can get them back using this link: http://www1.flightrising.com/support/self-service Some people end up not caring but theres no harm keeping them until you know the game better.

Go to the raffles and giveaways forum as a lot of players do special giveaways for new players (I happen to be doing a big halloween themed one rn http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/raf/2561156 )

During festivals make sure you use all your gathering turns in that element's domain and if possible use them in digging so you get a chance at getting festival chests. The next one will be earth so you'd dig in earth!

Signing up to Dom Watch will keep you informed about who's trying to win dominance or just push for profit and what events flights might be doing to raise funds/fodder its a good way to get cheap art for your dragons http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/frd/2568278/1#post_36252475
