I am Aiden, Im 18 years old… and I love dragons, cats, and my username is a reference to my puppy called Skippy.
I found Flight Rising a while back... I think about 6 months ago? I follow a few blogs on Tumblr who post a bunch of really cool FL artwork and my first reaction was "Woah, sweet!" before I realised it was part of a bigger community. Didn't know why it took me so long to make an account, mostly because I forgot to, I think… Still have no clue what I'm exactly doing but thats gonna be fine I guess?
Anyways, yesterday I saw one of the people I follow post something, and I was feeling like it, so guess here I am!
Oh, I'm also an artist, been drawing for 6 years now… If you want to follow me, my instagram account is Tahemalie. I also have a facebook and a Tumblr with the same name, but I'm not very active on those.

My fav cat breed is kind of hard to say, I love all cats in every form and shape. I own a Persian and 2 without a specific breeds
As for dogs, I love Dachshunds a lot, my baby boy is one. I also love Australian shepherds and Shelties!!
And my fave dragon breed... I like the look of Coatls and Skydancers!

His full name is Wolfgang Fritz.
We just call him Wolfie though he's just older than 5 months

Skippy is called after his predecessor, we always said that Dachshund should be named Skippy because he loved to jump, so it was in honor of him

My best general tips-
Don't exalt your Progens (that's the first two dragons you get when you join) lots of people do then regret it later when they realize Gen One dragons are collectable. If you do end up doing it you can get them back using this link:

Go to the raffles and giveaways forum as a lot of players do special giveaways for new players (I happen to be doing a big halloween themed one rn

During festivals make sure you use all your gathering turns in that element's domain and if possible use them in digging so you get a chance at getting festival chests. The next one will be earth so you'd dig in earth!
Signing up to Dom Watch will keep you informed about who's trying to win dominance or just push for profit and what events flights might be doing to raise funds/fodder its a good way to get cheap art for your dragons
