It's kind of funny. I really don't like Opal. I think it makes the dragon look like it has had chunks of feathers/fur/scales straight up ripped off. That is why I chose it for Julian. For his story, chunks of feathers missing makes sense.

True enough. But I suppose that is one of those to each their own type things. Like it works amazingly with some colors and gene combos. But bad colors can make it look unpleasant.

Though I will say that the right red combo with Opal looks absolutely wicked. I have a gal in my lair that I might give Opal to for that reason.
