I have 143 chests (down to 108 as of 14th October 2017 down to 54 as of 29th August 2018) from festivals since Brightshine 2015 (inclusive), numbers biased based on how commonly they dropped and how much I cared that month - more than half are the 15/16 cycle.
For 30g or 30kt I will use an RNG to pick a random chest which I will give to you.
For 40g or 40kt you can specify a flight and I'll make sure your random chest is from that flight.
Feel free to ask about current chest counts for specific flights before ordering.
Update: as of Flameforger's 2017 I'll be trying to flat-sell new chests I get on the AH so they're unlikely to be found in this lucky dip,
