Clarifications

1. Trades are 1 for 1 of familiars with roughly equal value (LAH).
When you want a familiar that I have in stock you can offer up a familiar, for a trade, which has roughly the same value. I choose to go by LAH (Lowest Auction House price) as that is the best indicator of actual value among players. This is to keep the swap from becoming depleted. This does not mean that the two familiars have to be the exact same value, it is "roughly" the same after all. The best indicator of wether the difference of value is acceptable or not is to ask yourself if you would be ok accepting the same trade yourself.

2. The familiars must have been onsite for at least 24 hours.
The 24 hour rule is to have a cooldown period for prices to settle as well as giving me time to add the new familiars to the spreadsheet.

3. Do not change anything on the spreadsheet aside from your own username.
This should go without saying, but don't make any kind of edits to the sheet that affect anything other than your own username. Do not delete anyone else's username. Do not write anyone else's username. Add or remove your own, and that should be the extent of it. In this incarnation of the swap I have also left the columns related to stock open, to make it possible for those using the sheet to sort as they wish. This should not be abused. You should never change the numbers in stock or remove familiars from the list. If this happens I will be forced to lock those parts of the sheet and revert the changes.

4. Be kind to each other.
If someone asks for a familiar before you do, do not snip at them. You will get a chance again later. If someone makes a mistake, I will correct it, you shouldn't get involved. I know the rules better than you do.

5. Be patient.
I am not on Flight Rising 24/7. I will do my best to notify if I'll be gone for more than a day or two, but even on a regular basis it might take me a couple days to get through everything depending on my circumstances.

6. Post trade offers in this thread only.
Do not send me a PM with a trade offer. Do not send me a CR with a trade offer. Do not contact me with a trade offer in any other way than posting it in this thread. When I ping the ping-list of people wanting a familiar -it is the first person to ask for it who gets it. This means that I want to keep everything public and available to show that it was in fact you who asked for it first. You can ping me if you want to, but it's not necessary.

7. Do not send me CR's or PM's before I do.
After you have posted in this thread offering a swap I will send a two-way CR your way to accept the trade. You then add the same familiars that you offered and I will accept it as soon as possible. Do not send familiars to me through PM unless you are donating. Do not start a CR yourself. While I try to keep the spreadsheet up to date I want to make sure I actually have the familiars on hand before accepting any swap.

8. I retain the right to refuse any trade offered without giving a reason.
I very rarely refuse trades, and those I do refuse usually break a rule pretty heftily. This rule is mainly a precaution for my part in case there is something I haven't thought about and/or forgotten.

9. I can add rules as I see fit.
They will be updated as needed, if needed.

[b]You are only allowed to add your name to an empty cell[/b]. Do not edit the column labelled "pings". Do not add the "@" in front of your username. If you wish to remove yourself from a ping-list simply delete your name. [b]Using the sort functions[/b] [img]https://i.gyazo.com/98794ccafdc3b1f3962d74f713cfba93.png[/img] By clicking on the triangles in the purple header you can sort the entire list of familiars to the way that is easiest for you to use. When you click on a triangle you can choose "Sort A-Z" or "sort Z-A". If you do this on the "ID" header you can sort the list of familiars in ascending or descending order according to release date. Choosing the "Familiars" header will sort the list alphabetically, again ascending or descending. And sorting by the "Stocks" header will group up all the familiars currently in stock. While there are sort functions on the "Pings" and "Username" headers they are not very useful. Using this function does not affect the content of the sheet in any way and can be used freely. [b]Pings for collectors/hoarders[/b] [img]https://i.gyazo.com/c3e79f5b2fcb7d17fe54e219fa10b267.png[/img] Because I ask that collectors leave behind one familiar in stock, as well as me mostly only pinging a ping-list when stock goes from 0 to 1, there is an additional action you can do in order to increase the chances of receiving a ping for a familiar you collect when I get more in stock. Once you have added your name, right click the cell and choose "insert note". Write 'collector' and close the note by clicking elsewhere in the sheet. Now when you hover over the cell it should look as it does above. When/if you remove yourself from a list it would be kind to also remove the note by right clicking and choosing "clear note". This is in no way required and you will eventually receive a ping, it might just take longer. [b]General ping-list[/b] [img]https://i.gyazo.com/8feab55ab59d4c26c7dcebea368c9e3e.png[/img] Much like adding yourself to a familiar ping-list you simply add your name to an empty cell, and remove it if you no longer wish to be on it. It makes no difference if you add your name on row 1 or 2. I will ping this list when I add new familiars from new releases, if I decide to change or update the sheet in other ways, or if some kind of event happens. 95% of pings will be new familiar releases.

Q: How do I find the value of a familiar?
A: Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Auction House.
2. Type in the name of the familiar you want in the "Item Name" area.
3. Click 'Search'.
4. Check the lowest treasure price and/or the lowest gem price.
5. Repeat from point 2 for a familiar you want to trade away.

Q: Is the spreadsheet up to date/How often do you update the spreadsheet?
A: The spreadsheet is always up to date. Whenever I send out a CR with familiars I remove those numbers from the sheet. Whenever I collect familiars I receive I add them to the sheet. The spreadsheet will be far more updated than anything you might see in the thread. If you wonder wether or not there are any left of a particular familiar, all you have to do is check the sheet. Keep in mind though that mistakes can happen.

Q: Can I ask for familiars that I don't need for my bestiary but want (for collections or Swipps or whatever the reason)?
A: Absolutely! All that I ask is that you leave at least 1 of that particular familiar with me so that someone who doesn't have any can get it. You can come back and get more as I get multiples in, of course.

Q: Why is 'Boolean' even an option on the sheet?
A: I added every single familiar. Even if we'll never have a boolean in, I decided to include all familiars instead of subjectively drawing a line of where I think it is likely we'll get familiars in.

Q: Can I donate excess familiars I have?
A: Certainly! You can send them my way, and please mark the PM or CR clearly as being for the swap.

Q: I have a familiar I want to sell...
A: This swap does not buy familiars.

Q: Is there a limit on how many I can trade per day?
A: No limits! I only ask that you trade a variety of familiars in, as I'd like to avoid being left with only a few types. More variety means more people can trade!

Q: Can I swap in multiple familiar for a more expensive familiar?
A: Generally, no. However, I may consider it if the familiars you are trading in are familiars we do not have in stock.

Q: Can I swap in a more expensive familiar for multiple familiars?
A: If the one you are swapping in is one we don't have in stock and/or I have plenty of the ones you want, yes. Otherwise, you can always ask.

Q: Can I use a more expensive familiar to get a cheaper one?
A: Go for it! I'll consider that a "donation" toward the exchange!

Q: Can I give you familiars now and get credit for later?
A: No. You can either donate them or hold on to them until I get something you want in stock.
