How do you change the size of the picture? Does anyone know?

It depends on what you mean. FR does not have any BBcode that changes the size of images - however, there are smaller versions of your dragons already on site.
So you can make a dragon smaller by using those images instead of the one provided on the Generate Code pop-up.
Otherwise, there is no specific BBcode for changing the size of general images.
Here's a recent [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/help/2723568]Help question that has some info on swapping the dragon image[/url] to the one from your lair!
As a note, you can right-click + Copy/Paste the image URL of a dragon from your lair and simply replace the image URL from the Generate Code blurb or manually enter it into the Image code! Just be sure to delete the stuff after the .png in the url! The method in the thread I linked also works but I know it can be difficult to remember while just copy/pasting is sometimes easier.
