@HxrleyQuxnn You need one to unlock a hibernal den slot. It doesn't do anything else.

Actually it is used in the recipe at Baldwins for the: [item=water tome] But other than that and the Hibernal Den quest Lonin mentioned, yeah, that's all it does. @HxrleyQuxnn
